Great experience Great experience! This is my second MRI with Vista Health and I ll rate 5 ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ! Very kind on the reception, great experience at all ! Results came really fast and clearly ! GREAT SERVICE WOULD RECOMMEND Very impressed with the fast efficient and friendly service recieved throughout from Vista. I was impressed with the self referral option So quick and easy to follow avoiding the increasingly frustrating NHS waiting times Thanks to the customer service advisor who over the phone was very friendly and helpful and made sure my appointment was as per request which put me at ease. the practice was immaculate! and all the staff were accommodating on arrival. Following my scan i received the results back in 2 days which was a pleasant suprise Very efficient. Thanks Again Vista! Hopefully i wont need you again…but will definitely be back if i do.

Fantastic Service I did a lot of research before hand about which company would be the best to use based on price and good reviews. After ringing around a couple of companies I decided to use vista health and I couldn’t be happier. The service I got was first class, they where helpful, accommodated all my needs, answered every question I asked and it was also the cheapest as well which was a bonus. Highly recommend

Excellent service friendly staff would definitely recommend vista health I had a echo cardiogram and was impressed with my results within 24 hours with a full report from a consultant cardiologist. This service offer’s affordable prices for many diagnostic tests the booking process was quick and easy this is a fast track way of bypassing the long waits on the nhs would use this service again .

After researching different companies online, I decided to go with Vista as I could self refer and the number of great reviews they had. I can honestly say, I was not disappointed! Amazing service from the customer advisor on the phone, they helped me to arrange my appointment the very next day! The staff on site were so patient with me. Oh, and I got my results within 2 days of my scan - 3 days from my initial phone call!! All in all, an excellent service which I will definitely is again if I ever need to. Thank you all! Keep up the great work.

I turned up on the day of my scan to find that one of the machines was broken and they were three hours behind schedule. I was disappointed but the receptionist put me on the phone to the booking team immediately and I had my slot rebooked for the next day (no extra charge). I called ahead the next day to confirm everything was fine. I arrived for my scan and had barely sat in the waiting room when I was called through. All the staff were really friendly and I felt super comfortable. Got my results within 3 days as they said and my GP was able to refer me for further treatment. Really pleased with the service, would definitely recommend even with the blip at the start.

Highly recommend. I got my MRI appointment within a couple of days and it was smooth from start to finish. The staff could not do enough for me, and I got my results very quick. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

Amazing service The bookings team were super, everything was quick and easy, my appointment ran to time, staff were calm and friendly! It’s a relief that I no longer have to wait for an NHS appointment, worth every penny.
