The Westminster Medical team were fantastic throughout my FUT process. James, Barbara, Dr Rogers and the girls were thoroughly professional but above all honest and realistic before, during and post Op. Excellence throughout. I had hair transplant surgery with Westminster Medical Groups fabulous team last Autumn and I am very satisfied with the result. Dr. Rogers, Alice, Jodie and Donna are true professionals and are very caring people, a more compassionate team would be hard to find. I initially approached WMG after having read some excellent reviews online about their team, practice and options offered. I was impressed with their friendly approach and professionalism. Life changing. Both mentally & physically. With a receding hairline I decided to do something about it so visited Dr. Rogers for a consultation at the Westminster Clinic. Dr. Rogers provided me with expert advice from his many years of experience & told me exactly what he & his team can do to help. Come surgery day I was greeted by Sarah one of the nurses who instantly took any nerves I had away with a warm friendly welcome. Any concerns I had were answered & I felt very reassured. The procedure performed by Dr. Rogers, Sarah, Donna & Alice who are all absolutely lovely was pain free. The team made me feel special, with a real personal touch, a wanting to help attitude & didn’t at all make me feel like just another customer. Under local anaesthetic I was talking, laughing & joking throughout the whole process. It’s the best investment I made on myself & couldn’t be happier with the results. From my first consultation with Dr Rogers I was made to feel at ease. Unlike other clinics that I had visited, Dr Rogers was the only surgeon that I got to meet in person (rather than a sales team) and also the only person to discuss forward planning for any future procedures that may be needed rather than over-harvesting my donor area at this time. In fact he actually advised that I have fewer grafts than other clinics had recommended- a man clearly driven on achieving the best results rather than financial profit. I felt immediately confident in his abilities and approach to hair transplants and had no hesitations about bookig the procedure. On the day of the surgery Dr Rogers and his team looked after me fantastically well. Their attention to detail was second to none and they made the whole experience (about 8 hours) fly by with minimal discomfort. I am really looking forward to seeing the results develop over the coming 12-18 months and can't thank the whole team at Westminster Clinic enough!

Dr Rodgers & his friendly team were amazing. I was anxious about having this procedure done but after my consultation i was filled confidence as everything was explained to me, giving me all the assurance I needed. I was a little worried about the needles but couldn't believe how the injections were almost pain free. The service I received was exceptional and more importantly my results are fantastic.
