Amazing experience! From the receptionist to the doctor everyone is very kind, friendly and helpful. Went there for my sister's vaccine but they offered me too even I didn't have any appointment. Definitely go there!

We took our son for his first vaccination this morning and were nervous for him as he is non verbal and has autism ! We needn’t have worried… the gentleman on the desk immediately made us feel at ease and engaged with our son. He prepped the vaccination staff and everyone was amazing . Thankyou so so much for making this challenge one we accomplished with ease .

Went for my second covid jab on Sunday, and everybody in the practice was amazing. They saw us over half an hour early and were so kind, caring and efficient. Less than 5 minutes and the jab was done. Amazing place and would recommend!!

I’ve always had excellent help and service from this very busy practice. Super helpful. Tahera the practice nurse is wonderful and looks after me with so much care. In my opinion the surgery has handled all the added difficulties of the pandemic amazingly well and I’m so grateful to have this in our community.

I had both my covid vaccines at this Gp surgery, I felt that the staff were very helpful. Reception team were organised and managed to deal with the patients and service users quite promptly. The best GP Practice I have come across, honestly they care about well-being and provide the best service you can ever ask for. Please keep this up because not all GP surgery’s are as nice as you guys. I did my research before joining and according to me Woodgrange practice seemed to be best GP out of all in this borough. I usually wouldn’t go to GP’s due to lack of care and understanding that Woodgrange give but this GP has prove me wrong and kept my communication lines open. Absolutely fantastic service. They're great. Yes, appointments are hard to secure during a global pandemic! But that is a universal phenomenon in the NHS and not at all this surgery's fault!

This surgery is a rare find, I’m so glad I transferred in from the other one on the same road. In these days of corporate and political shenanigans in our NHS, this is a good old traditional surgery with regular faces of support and clinical staff, who are all well selected trained, experienced and knowledgeable to action what you need - in stark contrast to my previous place. In the last very difficult COVID year I have still found well mannered, efficient and highly professional staff; including the receptionists, HCA, nurses, and the doctors. In particular I have seen Dr Edobor and Dr Parmer, as with all the staff I felt I was in competent and compassionate hands. In my experience the staff explain what they’re doing and why, explain the options and support my decision. The receptionists have a very tough time with some ignorant, members of the public who really don’t deserve this practice! Overall a gem of a community practice that could do with more appreciation and our support.

My family and I have been with this practice for years now. It’s fairly easy to get through to reception by phone and the online triage system is fantastic. I normally get a call from the doctor the same afternoon if I filled out the form in the morning or early morning when I fill out the form the night before. All the doctors, nurses and the hca are very very good. They listen to all my concerns and help me and my family as much as possible.

I am proud to say I am part of this surgery, I have been a patient here since 2010, People forget last 18 months have been frantic and hard for the NHS, GLOBAL Pandemic! Still managing to do what can be done from the staff here. I can get an appointment within few days, and that is an achievement. We need to support this place and other surgeries working really hard to meet our healthcare needs. You can go online and submit your problem and the Dr calls back to treat you over the phone, or if required they will call you in for a face to face appointment. This is not the time to criticise the Surgery or the NHS, this is the time we should continue to stand behind our NHS.

Excellent service, staff under immense pressure in this difficult time, still staying open and providing service. Practice appointment system is very fast and easy to use. on the website it say's the practice will get back within 48 hours, however it does not take 48 hours, you get treatment or phone call back well before that time. I received a text message for my covid-19 vaccine, I was vaccinated in the clinic and the whole process was smooth and great. Thank you

I have been with this practice for 20+ years and always found the reception staff and doctors amazing, kind, helpful and sympathetic, as a family we have never been disappointed in the service provided. Yes the appt system has moved to on line, but if the nature of your concern is serious drs will call you sooner than anticipated, if your illness is so serious visit a&e. We are still living with Covid 19 no services are the same , so be patient and complete an online request form, follow the process, the drs and staff are doing their best in very difficult times

Ive use this practice all my life and I think its a disgrace people leaving negative reviews. Let me tell you about my doctor Dr Y patel Dr Patel dedicated his life helping people like me and my family he sadly passed away in April 2020 with covid 19 Now ! I couldn't believe my eyes when I read some of the petty reviews about this practice, like really isn't there anything better to do than slander good doctors trying to help the community and saving the lives You people obviously haven't got anything better to do than than slander my doctors practice and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Woodgrange Medical practice as always been there for me and my family and I honestly cant say a bad word against them I makes me feel sick to the core with some people's bad attitude and opinions as our nhs is one of the best in the world . Try going to America and paying for your health care. Some people just don't know how lucky they are in England and expect miracles. Well I hate to break it to you doctors are human and sometimes you have to wait your turn as your not the only one in need of medical care People are so quick to make judgement about things and people and because they are a pain then start making slanderous comments and accusations . I'm so sad to hear about my doctor as he was the most lovely man I could say he was apart of our family and he gave his life helping people like me and my family . RIP dr patel you are always in our hearts and will never be forget for the help and support you have given us. Reading some of the reviews made me share my comments! It is unfair reading some nasty comments...I have been registered with this practice for almost three years. The staff it is always been polite and extremely helpful every time I needed them, even via phone! All the doctors are excellent and the receptionist are doing a great job. With people it does really depends how you interact whit them, have you been polite yourself to begin with? It is a NHS GP practice so I would expect delays and kids (probably running around!) they are only kids after all...! It is a FREE service and I believe they are doing their best to accommodate all their patients, I would recommend to some people to go to a private GP service, maybe they will have less to complain about!

Really really nice surgery for those winging and whining apart from calling, there are other ways of getting appointments. Go online do the survey and you will be called in the morning and having a doctor call you back within two hours is an amazing idea, you get to speak to a GP over the phone and they DO call back and if you need to be seen they will arrange a time for you, if not they will have your prescription ready at reception. I have never had an issue here it's people who are pure lazy to do anything themselves and then complain about a service which is better then other places .The service here is great and reception staff... Never been rude I mean they must get their fair share of abuse over the counter too and people can be nasty when they don't get their way.

THE RECEPTIONISTS AT WOODGRANGE MEDICAL CENTRE ARE THE WORSE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN.THEY NEED MORE TRAINING ON CUSTOMER CARE. THEY SHOUT AT CLIENTS. NO HUMAN FEELINGS. The Doctors are very Good and professional in the way you are spoken to. They are very caring. I will like to thank Dr Akuja, Martins and Dr. Rupal for their good jobs. Been going to this surgery for many years.. Great service. The staff are really friendly and the place is clean and modern. To say you cant get an appointment or can't get through to someone is complete rubbish!. If you phone up in the morning at 08:00 or 13:30 They will normally try and fit u in on the day.. if they don't have appointments then a doctor will call back within 2 hours. I will admit the line can get busy at 08:00 or 13:30 but if you keep redialing you will eventually get through within a few minutes.

While true the phones are answered rather slowly, that is only natural given the considerable demands on limited resources. Their website allows appointments to be made online and they also offer telephone consultations, which are extremely helpful when you work away from the surgery. I have always found staff to be professional, pleasant and competent.

It has been immensely helpful in controlling my sugar level after a long period of time. Mrs Rupal also very dedicated as she monitors my situation. Also I would like to thank Mrs G Price for her help and advise by phone and by text which gave me much confidence. Furthermore, many thx to Dr Naqvi for urgent attention whereby he referred me to hospital which was vital for my thrombosis. It was immense sadness that we lost Dr Yusuf who was the founder of Woodgrange Medical Practice. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff for being so kind and helpful at all times.
