I first started seeing Zak in 2019 after a very serious lower back problem. I basically couldn't"t walk more than a few steps and this was very painful. I went to Zak with a chronic back problem of around 16 years. It had gotten so bad that it was affecting the nerves in my face. My own doctor just kept giving me painkillers, and I had become very fed up with nothing else being done. My consultation with Zak was friendly, and very professional, and he eased my concerns. He did a thorough examination, and explained what my problem was, and how he could cure it, and that it would take some time, which I expected. He was honest and forthright about my condition, and the treatments, I would need, and from that initial meeting I had complete faith in his skills as an acupuncturist. Each appointment that I went to, I would practically be bent in half with the pain, but after each session with Zak there was an immediate improvement, and it was very relaxing. My condition went from strength to strength every time I went. We started with weekly sessions, which gradually turned into monthly sessions, until we got to only needing a top-up treatment once or twice a year. I also had other treatments with Zak for grief/shock, and menopausal symptoms, and each time I had excellent results. I recommend Zak's acupuncture treatments, because they are of the highest calibre.

I saw Zak due to some neck problems. I had previously tried other treatments such as Chiropractors and Osteopaths but they seemed to makes the pain worse. Zak is highly experienced in spinal problems and I was out of pain after three acupuncture treatments. The needles did not hurt at all and I was really impressed with the positive results of this treatment. Zak Han was a consultant in China and is extremely knowledgeable in the spine. Very lucky to have him here in The UK. I thoroughly recommend him if you are just taking painkillers or suffering with spine or nerve related issues. You may need several treatments before the benefits show but after having many treatments from other types of treatment, this has been the best.

For chronic cervical, thoracic and lumbar muscular injuries, Dr Zak Han, is able to safely needle, deep muscular tissues and ligaments at a paraspinal level surrounding the bone/vertebra in order to heal chronic injuries and pain caused by inflammation. Zaks treatment is far more intensive and effective than doctors I have seen in London, Harley street, Tooley street and Waterloo who undertake dry needling and medical acupuncture. Regards Tom

When I sought help with my very crippled back from Zac I had almost given up hope that I would be active again. I had come back from America where scans had discovered a congenital defect in my lower three vertebrae. My surgeon thought that surgery was necessary. I had been unable to ride a bike or run for over 12 months. Zac examined me and said that, despite any abnormalities I might have, my back was fundamentally sound. I was sceptical at first. He intensively treated my back to remove large areas of inflammation. He worked on getting blood flowing into the inflamed tissue to enable it to heal. With weeks I was riding my bike again. Within months I was racing my bike again. I continued to go for top-ups for a long time because his treatment helped my body to heal from the inside and make the gains permanent. Zac’s treatment is not shrouded in mystery; it’s real; he treats the source of pain; he enables recovery from debilitating inflammation and stopped me resorting to surgery.
