K. V.After 2 years of trying for a baby, I went to Zoe because of her specialism in treating fertility issues. It was a long path of weekly acupuncture sessions and drinking Chinese herbal medicine twice a day, and not helped by the fact that I had shingles not long into the start of my treatment! But after 7 or so months of treatment, my husband and I are now expecting and I know we couldn't have done it without her.

I also more recently saw Zoe for PMS and an irregular period and again her treatments were incredibly effective. Zoe is genuinely interested and cares about her patients. I was later diagnosed with hypothalamic ammenorhea and with the help of acupuncture & herbs I was finally help to get my periods back naturally. For absolutely no reason that we could discover, even though I already had a daughter, I was not falling pregnant again. And then, sadly, when I did I suffered two miscarriages.
Not only did Zoe help me physically and mentally through the second miscarriage but her amazing work resulted in a healthy pregnancy just one month later. The big surprise was that it turned out to be twins!!!
I continued to see Zoe throughout the pregnancy for morning sickness and then to induce labour when I went overdue.
I regularly refer friends to Zoe as I trust her implicitly, as a hypnobirthing instructor and clinical hypnotherapist I can also confirm that Zoe is absolutely professional and hugely knowledgeable in her field and I am absolutely confident when referring clients to her.

When I came to Zoe in early 2015, I had been told by fertility specialists that the only way I would get pregnant is through egg donation as I had a very low egg count. I was feeling pretty hopeless. Zoe took a good look at my medical results and my overall health, told me that I wasn't a lost cause and started me on a course of acupuncture coupled with herbs by her colleague Sing Sing. Within 2 months I was pregnant naturally. Zoe and Sing Sing helped not just with the acupuncture and herbs, but also helping me find my peace of mind and positivity. P. M.I cannot recommend Zoe highly enough! A friend had seen immediate changes and then fell pregnant after treatments with her so I decided to see her for fertility as well. Zoe’s knowledge of all things relating to fertility is outstanding. She even noticed anomalies with test results which my doctors had missed. I noticed immediate results after treatments with my basal body temperature rising 5/10ths of a degree in the space of a month and becoming much more constant rather than fluctuating constantly. I was staggered as this was a huge change in a very short time and one that I could not imagine, as a thermometer cannot be swayed.
Zoe offered nutritional advice to complement the acupuncture treatments and often sent advice or even recipes by email between treatments. The overall results were amazing as after a month of treatments not only was my temperature drastically changed but I felt better than I had in 20 years, or in some respects, ever. I was bounding up the stairs at the tube 2 at a time, my skin was glowing, my hair and nails were not dry for the first time ever (after a lifetime of trying every product and diet imaginable to try to remedy this). My brother (who does not give away complements) even told me it looked like I had been airbrushed! I would go back just for this! Best of all however, after 8 weeks of treatments (and my 3rd cycle after seeing Zoe), I discovered I was pregnant. As if this wasn’t wonderful enough, imagine our joy when we discovered at our first scan, that I was carrying twins! And without any medical treatment or drugs whatsoever, at the age of 42. Zoe never offers false hope and is very realistic, but just optimizes what your body is capable of, which is often, a lot!
I continued treatment throughout my pregnancy as Zoe was able to reduce quite severe morning sickness symptoms which was a huge relief. She also instructed me how to carry out moxa treatments at home to ensure that the babies were both getting enough circulation and nutrients as one seemed to be hording a lot of it. The doctors had told me there was nothing that could help but two weeks later one of the babies’ growth had suddenly jumped a staggering amount which they were shocked by (I was not, knowing how effective Zoe’s treatments are).
Zoe is extremely kind and caring and takes time to ensure she knows all details required to offer help. She also remembers them so well which is such a nice change from so many places where you don’t feel they are really paying attention or really remembering important details. She still sends emails to check up on us from time to time which is so nice.
Neal’s yard at Clapham Junction is a lovely place to visit. The staff are all extremely friendly and made me feel so welcome and known whenever I was there. It is clean and organised but not clinical. You can even buy discounted treats and superfoods on the way out. The treatment rooms have a very calming feel to them with soft lighting, designer wallpaper and a different herbal tea on offer in the waiting room on each visit which I so enjoyed.
I am now sitting next to my beautiful and healthy babies, a daughter and son, and will feel forever grateful to Zoe as I really don’t think they would be here without her help. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

K. D.Until I met Zoë, I had never tried acupuncture before. Feeling let down by western medicine, I went with an open mind and I've been absolutely delighted with the results.
Zoë was recommended to me by a friend, so my expectations were already very high when I first went to see her for recurring shingles and then for IVF / pregnancy treatments. I really can't sing Zoë's praises enough - my entire experience with her has been incredibly positive and has most certainly exceeded those high expectations I had when I went for my very first treatment.
I had been really disappointed and disheartened to hear from numerous GPs that there was nothing much I could do about the episodes of recurring shingles I was experiencing other than grin and bear the pain. However, the treatment I received from Zoë actually made a difference to the horrible, neural pain, and successive episodes of shingles became increasingly mild and less frequent thanks to her treatment. Having had years of more than half a dozen outbreaks per year, I have now been free of an episode for 11 months. I never imagined that was possible and all credit to Zoë for helping me get here.
Likewise, the acupuncture treatments I've received from Zoë during IVF / pregnancy have been an enormous help. I'm convinced that the success of our IVF cycle is partly due to Zoë's treatments and she helped me enormously with the pregnancy sickness I was experiencing well into my second trimester. Zoë knows so much about fertility and pregnancy, and she has been able to offer me reassurance and sound advice throughout. She has been the grounded voice of sanity in the face of a barrage of confusing and, at times, contradictory advice from the antenatal clinics I've had to attend in the course of my pregnancy.
Zoë is very professional and very knowledgeable, and I am very glad to have met her. She is kind, compassionate, and discreet, and she is truly gifted at what she does. She is very dedicated to her profession and keeps up to date with the latest developments. This dedication extends to the excellent service she provides to her clients - she often goes beyond the call of duty and I have frequently been delighted to receive in my inbox useful information from her specific to my health issues, even when I've not been due to attend an appointment. She has also gone out of her way to see me when I've had an urgent need for treatment, such is her dedication to her clients and her profession.
