I have recently registered myself and children at this surgery as my husband has been registered there since a child. The treatment from the doctor and receptionist so far has exceeded my expectations. The doctor was caring and did not have a issue with calling me later in the day. My daughter has recurring tonsillitis and it’s good to know we are in safe hands.

Excellent service this morning from the receptionist who listened to my request for an urgent appointment with a nurse following a leg injury to the actual appointment with the empathetic and professional nurse who treated me.
Once again, quick and efficient treatment from this surgery. Thank you to all.

Doctors are good! Bless them, but calling to reception is nightmare. I've been wanting 40min as a thirt person on a queue and when it was my turn the phone hung up after the first one minute of the conversation. I couldn't book appointment.

I joined Brewer Street surgery during the first lockdown and retired during the same period, having had several doctors during my employment as I moved around often and needing to register at a surgery wherever I was based, I can only sing the praises of all concerned at the Brewer street surgery from the Reception to the Nurses and my doctor, Dr. Garrett, you have all been amazing on the phone and during my several visits to the surgery of late.
My Thanks to you all. Kind regards and best wishes..Ralph. 🎅🤶

I have used this surgery for over 25 years now and Dr Johnson has been our family doctor for all those years. We have always found that he has time to listen , never makes us feel that we are not important. He is compassionate and understanding. I feel that we are so lucky to have been able to see the same doctor as many people I know never see the same doctor twice at the other surgeries. My family and I are more than happy with this practice including the nurses and receptionists.

Have been here about 15 years now. All the staff here including the reception staff are super helpful and the Dr's are very understanding. Sometimes there can be a few ds wait if you want a specific Dr but it's never too long.
The best Dr's surgery I've ever been at.

I have always found this surgery to be polite, friendly and helpful. I have been a patient here for 10 years and I have seen nurses, midwives, reception and doctors and always been happy with the service. Thank you Brewer Surgery.

I was very mad about being interrupted and hung up on when first trying to sort out my prescription medicine. Since then I've interacted with the staff more and they have been mostly friendly and helpful.

Great nurses and doctors, friendly receptionist staff, fairly new but my first experience here was really good.

Dr Gilmore is a caring compassionate GP who listens to you and always tries to help. Don't bother with the other GPs in the practice, they are all suffering from compassion fatigue.

I like the staff and the extremely high level of competence amongst their Doctors and nursing staff in particular their level of caring compassion.. However my only real criticism is the waiting times, the reception staff are the 1st to comment or complain when you are late or miss an appointment yet on the too many occasions that I have had to sit there for 30+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time they seem supremely unconcerned about it, and indeed almost make me feel a bit ashamed/small for asking why they are so behind

Absolutely thanking God that I am a patient here. I don’t know where I, or my family, would be without the warmth, compassion and understanding I have received from ALL staff. Thank you all
