Excellent team. Always pleasant and helpful when you ring. GP goes above and beyond to help. I personally have received excellent care as have my elderly parents. The Surgery staff have responded well to the current crisis and adapted an excellent system. First class.

I visit Dr Gina Samuel and she is really caring, always listen what I tell her very carefully, and positive minded. I am happy with my doctor.

The care I have received here has been great - the doctors and nurses are so caring and really listen. Dr Frame especially took time to reassure me and give the best information possible. The only problem was one of management - trainee doctors on rotation were not removed off the system quickly enough which meant my prescription went to the wrong inbox, and I had to go to the surgery twice to get it - by then it was too late to get the medications before the weekend. Thankfully, I had just enough to tide me over! I will leave a much bigger margin next time :-)
