Easiest, quickest and least stressful doctors appointment I’ve ever had. No long wait on the phone to make the appointment, arrived at the surgery and was in to see the doctor practically straight away. Friendly and courteous reception staff.

Firstly, I want to say Dr Izotava has always been amazing with me. She always listens, doesn't rush me, and is willing to work with me regarding whatever ever issue Is being discussed. She is the only Dr that's ever treated me like a human being. Always investigates any medical concerns. Whereas previous Dr's have tried to simply dismiss anything I say as anxiety or just "nothing" (they were wrong). Now for the reception staff. There isn't a bad one there. Always willing to help and at times have gone above and beyond for me in times of desperation. Whenever I call, they're always friendly, polite, and like Dr Izotova, they treat you like a human being. You can tell they really want to help you, and its clear they're frustrated when they can't. So yeah, I highly recommend this Dr's surgery.

Staff are friendly, you can get in reasonably quickly however doctors seem to want you out quickly and I have multiple problems. I don't justvwant to talk about one thing and I feel its a waste of my time and the doctors time if i have to book multiple 10 minute appointments. Instead of one appointment thar would deal with all my concernes

Having just moved to the area i registered with the Astley General Practice. I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was very friendly and knowledgeable about my medical history. I was made to feel very welcome and was pleased with the service i received.
