M. S.Drs & reception staff have always gone above & beyond for our family.
Now they have the phone queue in operation, it's much easier to contact if an emergency appointment is needed.
Anything else is online on the NHS app or you can email the reception.
During lockdown there was never any issues getting to speak to or see a Dr.
Z. F.The doctors there are amazing, they take the time to listen and they take you seriously on whatever issues you have. This has been my doctor’s surgery for years and I’ve never encounter any problems with them. However, the reception desk to book an appointment or ask for information is an entirely different matter, I called 33 times this morning to ask about my results and I’m still waiting for a call back. That being said, reception staff generally are polite and accommodating when you aren’t waiting for them to answer the morning phone calls.
