T. H.Having moved and lived all over the country, I can honestly say that this is BY FAR the best, most efficient surgery my wife and I have ever been patients of. Dr Saab is fantastic. The receptionists are unbelievably helpful, so much so that every doctors receptionist in the country should have to come to this surgery to do training and learn the correct etiquette. They are not just friendly, they are extremely helpful, they go out of their way to accommodate us when we need an appointment, particularly as my wife has been quite unwell in recent months, they're very helpful both other the phone and face to face, and will always try to squeeze a patient in where possible. Dr Saab has been particularly good with my wife who has needed to visit him on a few occasions, unlike many previous doctors in other areas, he actually listens to his patients and shows genuine concern. His bedside manner is second to none, he is very friendly and approachable. We LOVE this surgery and won't be going anywhere else!

T. O. T.17 years a patient and never a problem. Receptionists efficient and friendly, and always remember me (not that I'm a regular visitor). Seen many doctors there over the years and all have been helpful and compassionate.
A.MyGP app doesn't work and calling them and waiting a minute and a half for a MyGP ad is annoying.
Receptionists are great with working with me with getting my blockers prescribed and my general health.
