L. B.It's understandable that you cannot please everyone, but some of these reviews are ridicules. Iv had my lips done here twice since December & they have been perfect both times even brought a friend along the second time hers were amazing also. They've lasted longer the second time it's understandable they go down it's a foreign substance suddenly being put into your body it's your body's natural defence to fight it and break it down. MAC aesthetics will have my continued custom as well as my friends highly recommended company. Sarah at the Birmingham clinic is simply amazing! Top job ❤️
M. A.Amazing. I've had my lips done previously 5 times at different clinics. I decided to try Mac aesthetics as they had a good presence on social media. I went to the Birmingham branch. Stacey did my lips who is also an A&E nurse. She made me feel so comfortable and corrected my shape. My lips are the best they've ever looked and it's all down to Mac. I'd never go anywhere else now.

She is absolutely fantastic at her job and gives you lots of information and makes sure you are happy with the shape before you leave. I have tried other lip practitioners and none of them compare to Mac aesthetics. The receptionists are also lovey and make you feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get quality work done.
T. W. I.Amazing clinic. I have been to many clinics over the years to have my lips done and I can finally say I have found 'the one' and I wouldn't go any where else. Natalie is a true artist and she takes time and real care to ensure my lips look perfect every time, and I also have a good giggle whilst I'm there. True you could find a cheaper practitioner but speaking from experience you get what you pay for and Natalie is the best. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will continue to visit here for a long time to come 😁
A. J.Absolutely amazing place! Definitely the best in my personal opinion! If it's good enough for the celeb clients, it's good enough for anyone! Been a regular client for a year and been numerous times for my fillers, staff are ALWAYS so friendly and lovely, always listen to my requests and make me so relaxed. Stacey is the girl I always go to, would never ever go to someone else now! Recommended Mac to everyone I know, my best friends and sister in law are all regular clients now. Couldn't recommend enough!
k. S.I have been going here since last September having my lips enhanced. All the staff are absoloutly lovely and so professsional. Natalie always does my lips and she is just the best ! Highly skilled, listens to every word you say, and gives you the most perfect lips. There always a good 5 minute consultation before she starts injecting, making sure that perfection is made. Very comfortable atmosphere, very clean and to a very high standard. Not a bad word I can say :)

Staff were friendly and professional. I'm a nervous patient when it comes to needles but they were great at relaxing me before and during the procedure.
