I have been attending the surgery regularly during recent times to have both my physical and mental health monitored. During this time i have been fortunate enough to see Dr.Dawson. Despite the immense workloads and pressures placed on GP's which have been made even worse during the pandemic she has at all times treated me with kindness and compassion.My family and I are so grateful that due to her diligent work ethic that a life-threatening condition was diagnosed and a suitable treatment plan was able to be implemented. I am also so appreciative of her sympathetic and empathetic approach to myself when a recent change in family circumstances impacted on my well being. i am exceptionally grateful for all that she has done and continues to do for me.

I’ve recently had a health scare and Dr Katie Clifford has been extremely understanding and understanding towards me throughout this situation . I’ve been in so much pain for the last 2 weeks and been getting help of one of the doctors. Yesterday I rang and one of the receptionist was so unhelpful and wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to explain and fobbed me off, they referred me to the walk-in centre and even the walk-in centre lady said that the same lady wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve been so upset all week and I spoke to Heidi today and she went above and beyond for me which I really do appreciate, it meant a lot. Thank you

Whenever I have needed an urgent appointment or any of my reviews have been due these have always been dealt with efficiently and professionally. I find the care I have received particularly from dr Clifford and dr zafar exceptional and always feel listened to and issues dealt with. I have recently required numerous follow up appointments which are always carried out and I am always made to feel comfortable and at ease when talking to the doctors.

I went to the surgery regarding a car park ticket I received, I spoke to Heidi on reception ,I found her very approachable friendly and most of all happy to help with my query .Big shout out to Heidi!!.The doctors itself is at present not delivering the care it used to due to covid .It would be lovely to get a face to face appointment but is still very difficult ,which is at best frustrating as this was a brilliant practice .!!

I spoke with Heidi over the last 2 days to resolve a referral issue for my son. Heidi has been fantastic in helping me - she had a very friendly approach, was proactive in dealing with the issue and helped me resolve the problem. always found the health care professionals who work here are very friendly and helpful. However trying to contact the medical centre can be very difficult and time consuming. They don't an email address/ nor can you book appointments etc on their website. The only way to contact them is via 1 phone line which always extremely busy- I've spent hours recently trying to get an update on flu jab appointments- still no news.

Had a difficult time getting my medication from the pharmacist, Heidi came to the rescue. Heidi even telephoned me to ask if I had received the medication and then helped me change pharmacy.

Very impressed with the quick response after using the Doctors surgery website for the 1st time to obtain a sicknote, I received a reply via email within 30 minutes to let me know it was ready to be picked up and also received confirmation via a phone call to confirm. In the past I would have had to make a face to face appointment which I would have had to wait for a week or more before I could get to see the Doctor to obtain the sick note. By replacing the appointment with a website enquiry in this particular situation has saved unnecessary time wasting hours/days for the Doctor and for the patient especially in my situation where the Doctor was already aware of my illness. This is a fantastic new way of working 5 stars given
