A. L.I’ve been with the practice for a few years and have always been really pleased with them. They’re only human and the odd thing is missed but always quick to rectify. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, Doctors are professional and the nurse is wonderful.

T. N.The practice is fine as long as you contact them online from my experience, though sometimes you may have to chase them up if they don't call you on time or you don't receive a call from the practice. My GP feels nice and caring.
J. D.This practice is so good find all the Doctors incredibly helpful respectful very patient l never feel rushed. Nurse are so understanding and caring,the reception staff so polite and helpful.
V. E. j.Can fault the surgery, the admin team are professional, friendly and always helpful. Since Covid I love the plain waiting area.....this is more of a general preference but its calming! I've always been treated with respect and I am in on time and not felt rushed. If I did have to wait, that doesn't bother me as I feel that the staff work sooooo hard and know full well that they are stretched very thinly. I do think the NHS is under funded but it's in no way my surgeries fault. So I say.....WELL DONE NORTHERN MOOR!!!
