Where do I even start! I’ve been coming to Sarah for years. The staff here are the most lovely women. Sarah is like a friend & she was the only one who I trusted with my face as I have been going to her for nearly 6years... Until… my appointment was rearranged with Gabriella… I was quite nervous as I’m very wary who I allow to inject my face but oh my word- she is literally amazing. I went for my SLA lips 0.5ml top up.. ended up walking out SLA REFRESHED and feeling way more symmetrical! Gabriella was very reassuring, professional, friendly & most of all accommodating. I have been going to Sarah for the past couple of years. I’m still extremely nervous and apprehensive every time I have a treatment done. However, Sarah is always so patient with my questioning and concerns. Her technique is incredible and over time she has really got to know my face well! I visited today wanting some Botox. We had a great chat and a laugh and she sent me away without doing a thing, having told me that I didn’t need anything at the moment and she’ll see me in a few weeks. Pretty disappointed the price has increased so drastically. For 0.5ml of lip filler. I get the cost of supplies have increased but the fact that when I first started to have my lips done here the price was £145 ( with nurse ) and bit extra with Sarah.. and now booking with anyone is £225, pretty drastic. Not willing to pay it for such small amount. Sad as I’ve always been impressed with my results I cannot fault the staff or procedure/results. ☹️

The entire regime and approach she champions is science led, so as long as you’re comfortable in some cases playing the mid-long game to get to your ‘‘end result’’ then I really can’t recommend San enough. I came across SLA a couple of years ago on social media. I’d previously had experience with a very well known and reputable Aesthetic Consultant in the cheshire area, but felt as though I wasn’t listened to, heard or given enough detailed info in regards to the treatment I had (along with inconsistencies in pricing!) As I started to follow SLA’s posts and stories, I realised that all procedures done on faces are completely tailored to each individual. I had the most fantastic medical grade facial with Sara at SLA. It was so relaxing! We addressed my individual skin concerns and Sara carefully adapted the facial to get the best results without any risk of irritation to my reactive prone skin. There was literally no downtime, I walked out of the clinic with perfect, clear and glowing, makeup free skin (plus a good layer of SPF of course). I already use medical grade skincare, previously prescribed by SLA, but as my skin and new products available have changed, we discussed possible updates to my regime, keeping it easy and simple but providing maximum results. There was absolutely no pressure to buy- as I still have a lot of my original products left- but I’m so excited to try the new Obagi bits as soon as my current cleanser and moisturiser run out, and I think I’ll be adding the Obagi tinted SPF to my routine asap as a replacement for my foundation, it’s that good!!!! The most amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful! You can tell they really know their stuff and love what they do! My appointment had to be rearranged a couple of times due to the current climate however I was informed as soon as possible and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and professional! I had badly filled dermal filler in my nose from another aesthetic practitioner and it was really effecting my self esteem, it left my nose red, wider and wonky and it felt really hard to touch! Sara was able to dissolve the filler and straight away I could already see the difference. The lumpy bumps have gone, I’m so pleased and it wasn’t half as painful as when I had the filler done. My nose is nice and squishy again and I never thought I would say that!!

I could not thank the girls enough. My experience from start to finish was amazing. Before my app I had many emails with lots of information on. This was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease before I even walked through the doors. The emails also had lots of tips on about what to do before my app. They even sent me a reminder which again was very helpful. The salon was EXTREMELY clean and followed government guidelines extremely well which made me feel extremely comfortable. As soon as I worked through the door Michelle was so friendly. She had excellent customer service and made me feel at ease straight away. She asked all the safety question and is clearly on the ball about the customers safety. She was very knowledgeable about the procedure I was having. I then had my numbing cream and went in for my app. I was very nervous about going as I have previously had my lips done by another company and they were really swollen. This made me not go back for my lips and I feared ever having them done again. I showed Katie a video of my lips and she spoke to Sarah which I thought was extremely professional. Sarah then offered ALOT of advice and made me feel a lot better about my app. She was so incredibly friendly and again had extremely good customer service. She told my lord of information about my lips and then offered the best way to get the best outcome. Then Katie did my lips. Throughout my app Sarah kept popping her head in to check I was okay which again was excellent customer service and it made me feel so relaxed and cared for. Katie was the most friendly person I could ever wish for. I bled quiet a lot and she was very caring and kept making sure I was okay and wiping away any blood. The outcome of my lips is amazing. I’ve always been very self conscious about the size of my lips and Katie could not have done a better job. I had a Glow chemical peel with Hayley. The shop is absolutely beautiful... so clean and clinical! Hayley made me feel comfortable straight away and gave me some paper work to fill out before my peel which gave me lots of information! I have red scaring on my face from acne as well as still having a few spots.... Hayley has recommended I have three of the glow peels (1 a month for 3 months) and I am hoping to see a difference. The results I have seen from others are incredible so I am hoping I will to! I will post again after my three treatments about how I’ve got on 🙂💓

Emma was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with by new eyebrows and Ruth was fast and super efficient in administering my Botox. It's hard for me to comment on the effects of the botox i had as it's only been 2 days since i had the injections, few more days are needed for me too see any effects.
