Molly is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease the minute you walk in through the door. I had hifu followed by the non surgical face mask (I think she called it the million dollar face lift) and the results have been amazing from day 1, with full results still to be seen in 3 months time! The best part was Molly told me products I can use at home in between to keep the effects of the face lift as I live further away and won't be ableto get to her salon as often, so she's definitely not in it all for the money but for her clients to feel good about themselves and to get the results they want. Would highly recommend Molly and her services to anyone.

Such a great experience every time I've visited here. Both Molly and Emily are so friendly and have made me feel at ease through every treatment. Molly was great at informing me of every step of the laser hair removal. I felt at ease and really happy with our appointments. 3 sessions left and already seeing a huge difference! I’m having 2 small sessions in one appointment each time and it barely takes 10minutes. Always feel comfortable will definitely recommend!

I have visited here for a number of years now and have had many treatments including hifu, fat freezing and skin tightening. All of which I have been thrilled with the results. The treatments are reasonably priced and well worth the money. The staff have always taken time to speak to me beforehand, and Molly has a great deal of knowledge regarding the treatments offered. Also is great at advising what treatment works best for me..and gets me the results i am after. Really friendly atmosphere and I always walk out of here feeling great. I have returned here many times as it has helped reduce my facial wrinkles, and improve problem areas including my thighs and stomach.. Highly recommend 👌

I've been a client of IOA Clinics for nearly 2 years and cannot fault the service, treatments and exceptional value for money that Molly and her team offer. Molly genuinely puts her heart and soul into her client care and wants nothing more than to know her customers are satisfied and happy with their results. I have had a hifu facial combined with a plasma treatment and non surgical face mask. The effects have been amazing, especially around my eye and chin areas. I have also had several of the body sculpting /fat freeze treatments, which again, produce fantastic results, especially in hard to tone areas. The clinic is conveniently situated in Swinton, with ample free parking a few minutes walk away. It's a local, friendly, relaxed clinic, offering fantastic services. I've tried other more expensive clinics in Manchester City Centre and they are not a patch on services and products on offer at IOA. Molly is always on the look out for the latest advances in beauty products and I am looking forward to trying the EMS body toning suits next week!

Molly was fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable about the treatments she carries out. She wants to see the results as much as her client does. I had a facial hifu procedure and after a couple of weeks the results were amazing. I will definitely be going back for other treatments.
