I met with Nadia for the second time today. She makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. My experience with her has been amazing so far. My treatment is going really well. I’m having skin tightening to my face. You start with a 12 week regime, that you apply yourself at home. I must admit I was terrified when I took my kit home. What if I do it wrong what if I use the wrong cream at the wrong time, I had so many what if’s. I can honestly say I worried for nothing,it was so easy to follow. ( not rocket science). Even eating a whole cucumber a day was YUK I hate cucumber, but I forced myself to eat it. After a little while I got a taste for it it’s not that bad. My granddaughter who is only 18 months old will steal it out of my hand and eat it herself,so then I just go and get another one. This treatment is amazing and if your looking a little tired and washed out as I was this will give you a new lease of life. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Now get on the phone and make your appointment with Transform you won’t regret it.

Such an amazing experience at the Pines. The staff are amazing. And Mr khalil my surgeon was absolutely amazing. Can’t thank him enough for my amazing results and professional friendly service. He really cares about his patience which is something Iv found to be lacking with other surgeons. I’m so happy all the staff have been lovely thank you so much.

This was truly an incredible experience, the professionalism and care I received was like no other. Dr Khalil was my surgeon and he did an absolutely amazing job with my surgery and listened to all concerns and questions I had, he couldn't have done a better job. The nurses were all also absolutely lovely and so kind, they really helped me stay calm and looked after me in the best way possible. I would recommend the Pines Hospital to anyone considering private healthcare!

Before surgery I was really anxious I was searching for reviews where ever I could... so if your reading this I can guess you are too! After having surgery there yesterday and having an over night stay i feel like I want to put peoples mind at ease. All the staff are absolutely lovely ! I had no issues at all and felt in such good hands. Every single member of staff who looked after me were so lovely and caring. I couldn't remember everyone's name but Debra and Diane were amazing with me last night after my surgery! Thank you so much to everyone !

Fantastic staff, very friendly very helpful and caring, always happy to help during your stay day and night staff. Many thanks to you all for the fantastic service, very pleased with ms Maggie and her professionalism and fantastic results with my breast augmentation, would recommend the company for anyone, and I was skeptical pre meetings with staff etc, food was beyond expectations also, the only thing I would say is communication between staff was a little lacking and had to go over things a few times but that's merely being picky obviously staff are very busy, as I said had no issues at all here with Transform fantastic company fantastic results highly recommend.

Would recomend transform to anybody my surgeon Mr Gesakis is so honest and professional and a real perfectionist i couldnt be happier with my results if ever hav any other cosmetic surgery i will definitely be returning to him. All the nurses on the ward are lovely and my anesthetist was lovely very reassuring made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. 😁

I arrived yesterday lunch time and was greeted with friendly staff and allocated a spotlessly clean room. I met with the staff, nurse, anaesthetist and spoke with my surgeon who where all very reassuring and answered any questions. I came around from surgery in recovery feeling groggy but not uncomfortable. On arriving to my room I was served water, tea and biscuits and then my lunch which was lovely. Staff are always on call should you need anything. I am currently eating breakfast and then being discharged home, my operation went fantastic and I am sooo pleased with the results. I highly recommend abby pines and wish to thank all the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

My surgeon Mr Saeed used the Pines when I had a rhinoplasty on the 15th of December. When I first arrived at the hospital in the reception I was quite nervous but all the staff were so kind and did a wonderful job at putting me at ease. Particularly, after my operation Lida and Irma made me feel super comfortable and were the kindest souls ever! Even, when I was being seen out the hospital Bev was super funny and the quality of care all the ladies provided for me was more than enough! If I ever were to have another operation again I would love to have them around. The best moral support ever.

Had septo rhinoplasty 4 days ago. The staff at tranform were amazing. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time... From start to finish they were caring and attentive. I was very nervous pre op, which i now know i didnt need to be as they wer so comforting and friendly. The whole experiance was a very positive one. All the team were absolutly A*. Would like to thank them all very much for caring for me so well pre and post op... from my surgeon (mr ottiviani) to the nurses, to the anaethestist, and the theatre staff... All really lovely people.

My Surgeon Mr Javeen from Harley Medical uses the Pines Hospital as his surgical base. The nurses and all staff members make you feel your are the most important person there. It's very clean and the food is a much higher standard than the NHS

I attended Sunday for a procedure with my private surgeon. Not sure why I was told to get there for 11am when it was under local and then wasn’t seen till 4pm… but this is not the hospitals doing obviously they just cater for all the private treatments. The nurses were absolutely wonderful! They were so accommodating getting me food and drinks whilst I waited. They were so pleasant. Then again when I went to surgery, I was super nervous crying etc nurse said hold my hand they were just all so nice. I mean they probs thought get a grip woman but they didn’t show it! Thanks so much to you all, you’re all doing a great job. You made my 6 hours cooped up whilst it was sunny outside great!

Had minor surgery today on an umbilical hernia and the team there are amazing, delores and nadia were really friendly and couldnt do enough for me, private room,tv,comfy bed, i was nervous about my first general anesthesia in 30 years and the team there in theatre ( nice fella called wisdom ) reassured me and and made me feel not so nervous, surgeon was brilliant and overall it was exceptional patient care,,thanks guys for making my day go so easy

My consultation this week with Nadia Imran at The Pines Clinic went exceptionally well. She took the time to introduce herself and explain her professional background in great detail. She was very informative and thorough with her questions, as well as giving me time to ask any relevant questions. From my initial consultation with Sue Lipson to my most recent post-operative review with Mr Gesakis, I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at The Pines Hospital. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Over a number of consultations, Mr Gesakis discussed with me my objective and made suitable recommendations. The medical staff who looked after me before the surgery and overnight were superb. The anesthesiologist, who came to see me before the surgery, was reassuring and efficient. Mr Gesakis has been amazing since our first meeting and I am more than delighted with the results of my surgery. The aftercare is equally as efficient, with regular reviews offered as standard. I cannot recommend The Pines highly enough. Thank you all.
