Did exactly " what it said on the tin "!! No complaints. Excellent service. I think the front of your surgery in Manchester could do with tidying up a bit. Looks a little scruffy to be honest. However, I would defo. use scans direct again and would recommend them to anyone. Very good value for money and they actually explain to you what, where, if, and when. Highly recommended IMO

Wonderful experience! We were a little nervous at first being our first time, but the staff made it such an easy and delightful experience. The receptionist was so polite and welcoming making the whole experience such a joy! Would definitely recommend.

Well worth the drive. Early pregnancy scan, missed miscarriage identified. NHS confirmed all information with just 0.1mm measurement difference. Would use again dispite the devastating news they had to give me. (Also found staff to be friendly and helpful in person and over the phone).

Amazing experience today, all of the staff were soooo welcoming, sonographer was really lovely and stayed chatting to the receptionists after too! Honestly couldn’t have wished for a lovelier experience there!

I had an ultrasound yesterday 5 star treatment receptionist was so friendly had a lovely chat with her sorry didn’t get her name but she was lovely ! And Steve Marks the sonographer was so informative in fact it was the best ultrasound experience I have ever had and I have had quite a few …it was a long journey for me to go there but so worth it . Thank you so much .

Really fantastic. I went for the well woman ultrasound due to bad periods. Got an appointment within two days. Turned up. Full bladder, busting. They took about 2 mins to check me in and take payment, no waiting around, I was whisked upstairs and the female sonographer took me in a private room. She was friendly, knowledgable and professional and I felt at ease. She didn't waste any time and did the whole ultrasound in about 5 mins, great due to my full bladder. She also was very gentle with the probe. I had ultrasound before and they pressed hard on your bladder to get good images which was very uncomfortable, but she didn't. The room is dark with a big widescreen in front of you so you can see what she is seeing as she scans, and she explained what we were looking at. Then she let me go wee while she typed the report. I was out in 10 mins total from the time I arrived. Quick, efficient, and I felt confident in their knowledge. The scans were texted to me via private upload link and I was also given a printed report to take home. I absolutely recommend these guys. Don't be put off by the dodgy location and shopfront, these are very professional great sonographer. Do go there. Quick and easy, put your mind at ease in just 10 mins. Well worth it.

It was an amazing experience! I had baby gender scan and could not be any happier with pictures and the video of the baby waving hand! The sonographer spend quality time showing baby around and explaining everything. Also as I wanted baby's sex to be a surprise for me and partner, sonographer worked well with a receptionist to hide all possible cues until we do our gender cannon! Very friendly staff and could not recommend the place enough!

Found the customer service approach to be very good from my initial call to the central booking team, reception on the day of the appointment and by the sonographer who carried out the test. I had booked 2 medical ultrasound examinations, back to back at the Manchester location on New Year’s Eve. COVID precautions were in place. I was seen on time and during the appointment the sonographer put me at ease and explained each step in the process. She was very thorough, efficiently produced my report and made sure i understood importance of her follow up recommendations and followed through herself to my GP. This is the 2nd occasion I have used this company - a few years apart - and have no hesitation recommending them.

I've been twice now for an ultrasound on the testes and a lymph node both times the nhs waiting lists was months so I phoned these and the first time I got a next day appointment and the second time they got me in the same day the service was amazing and it instantly put my mind at rest definitely worth the money

Attended for cervical length assessment scan evening of 2nd April with my partner. Probe was a bit uncomfortable at first, but I’m very sensitive so it was probably just me. The midwife/sonographer was very kind, patient, explained everything, and involved my partner. I left feeling reassured.

Fantastic service, friendly staff. We had a wonderful experience and Sana the sonographer absolutely lovely. Baby was a little monkey and wouldn't let us see what he or she was but Sana persevered and eventually we managed to see the reveal! Relaxed environment, great service. I managed to book a same day appointment at the Manchester clinic, I initially made a mistake on my ultrasound scan type but a phonecall to the clinic and they were able to change the scan. The lady I had Sheeba was fantastic! She was extremely thorough and even re scanned the areas that I was most concerned about whilst explaining everything in detail and answering every question I had! I highly recommend this clinic! Booked In for a gender scan after a horrible experience at window to the womb , can honestly say was the best scan we have had. Lovely smiley reception staff warm welcome. The sonographer was so lovely and patient as baby was being stubborn! she spent a long time explaining each part of the scan to us and made sure she got lots of angles to confirm gender, came away with lots of images and the news were having a baby girl after two boys :)

We wanted an NIPT test at short notice and thankfully we were able to book one here for the next day. From start to finish the service was professional and efficient - they really were excellent. Staff were friendly, kind and supportive; they made a difficult time much easier for us. It also made all the difference that the results came through earlier than expected.

Great place - concerns from the combined screening on the NHS so booked in for a Harmony test. The guy on the phone was able to get us a late evening, same day appointment. The sonographer was great and talked us through the test, scan etc. Test results arrived 2 working days early and on a bank holiday. Top job

Fantastic experience. Well worth the money. It would be great to select the specific photo you wanted however the surprise of the video being emailed afterwards was absolutely amazing.

My scan was very short like about 5 minutes and the pictures I got were really bad but I was glad that the baby was OK which Is the main thing. The woman who did the scan was friendly. However, I prefered Window to the Womb better.
