Have used this amazing clinic several times this month for two members of my family, and seen three of the doctors. Amazing service. Kind and empathetic receptionists who work hard to book and inform, fabulous clinic manager who goes out of her way to follow up. Super gentle nurse also. The doctors are excellent and thorough.

My daughter was really poorly at the weekend and 48 hours before we were due to fly, so we needed her to be seen asap! Within a couple of hours she had been seen by the doctor, had a prescription and thankfully was on the mend before our flight. I've been recommending Urgent Care to all my friends with Children, so much quicker and easier than spending hours in A&E or at the doctors walk-In.

Excellent service, the Dr I saw was very informative and explained more to me in 10 minutes about my condition than my own GP had done over the previous 5 years. My condition is now almost 100% cleared up after just one visit and diagnosis. Money well spent and worth more than expected!

Fantastic service. Was told 12 hour wait at A&E but seen within the hour of calling and urgent ECG scan done, chest airflow assessed and antibiotics prescribed for severe chest infection. Absolutely top class service

Urgent Care 365 provides excellent service with superb staff carrying these services out. This is reflected right through from reception to all members of staff. Ryan at reception makes you feel at ease when booking an appointment. Then I was seen to by a nurse named Elvira who was thoroughly comprehensive in her approach towards my needs. Going through everything with my particular health requirements. Elvira has such a high degree of nursing skills. I must add, I’ve been very impressed with Urgent Care 365.

Highly recommend if you are worried about your health and want fast results. I called and got a same day appointment and spent 20 mins with a Dr, who could not do enough for me. He listened to my lungs and heart, whilst doing a blood pressure and recommended blood tests. Unlike my NHS GP, who spent 3 mins with me and didn't do any basic checks and recommended bloods with a 6 to 8 week wait time compared to bloods with results in 24 hours from urgent care 365. Honestly, if you are worried about your health and want quick support from a professional who will take their time to listen and check you over then this is that place.

This is a place where they really do care about your health and not there to make money. The booking was easy and there was plenty of availability on the day - - it worked out perfectly for me. The gentlemen who booked it (Ryan) was super friendly and helpful. The Spanish lady/ assistant who was working on reception at the time was probably one of the nicest people I’ve met in the medical field. She was so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, very understanding and extremely supportive as she listened to my concerns. Dr Omole dealt with me helped me as much as possible which I am extremely grateful for. These people make such a difference to the world.

Needed to see a Doctor urgently, and, didn’t wish to wait days for NHS treatment. I booked my appointment online and within the hour I was seen by Dr Ghafoor. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment but Dr Ghafoor saw me almost straight away. I have to say, this is one of the best consultations I’ve ever had, I was patiently listened to and given a range of options all of which provided me with relief and peace of mind. Dr Ghafoor was transparent and to the point, which quite frankly I was thankful for. I hope not to of course, but should I need to see a Doctor again i’d come straight back to ‘Urgent Care 365’ and Dr Ghafoor. Thank you for all your help, it truly was money well spent.

When no one else would help me, the team at Urgent Care happily got me sorted and in a super timely manner! I was seen within 10 mins of walking in the door, Ryan the receptionist and the center manager were so so lovely and helpful, and on top of that the doctor was the first in my life who actually listened to my concerns about my mental health and didn't brush me off or make me feel silly. I'd come back here in a heartbeat if ever need further care.
