Just five stars only as unable to give more... First visit to the Victoria Clinic and only positive impressions. Very nice people at the reception, helpful in every detail, willingly and with a smile (under a face mask but you can read it in the eyes 🙂) answered all questions. Full professionalism. We would like to thank especially to dr. Kavu to which we went with our daughter. Very good doctor who can be trusted from the very beginning. Very sympathetic, have great contact with the child and parents, demonstrating huge knowledge and professionalism. After many months of trying different specialists and looking for help for our daughter, we found a doctor who helped our child to make great progress in therapy. One week after the first visit, we are sure that we will continue the therapy with Dr. Kavu.

So visited Victoria Dental Clinic today, after managing to secure an appointment for the day after I rang. I arranged an appointment after experiencing some discomfort, knowing I may need my filling looked at, or potentially needing a new filling. Dr. Shipha Shah from initially greeting me and throughout the entire process was simply amazing. She began by examining and confirming that I required some dental work, she was thorough and gentle from the beginning right through the work that needed to be carried out. At no time, did I feel any discomfort or pain (having done so previously on almost every visit to the dentist). Throughout the entire appointment she checked in on me to make sure I was okay, and gave amazing after care and advice. I would most definitely recommend this practice, but even more so, Dr Shilpa, since she is a true credit to her vocation and patient care. It was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever received going to the dentist (unbelievable, I know).

My first visit to this clinic was in 2016 with Dr.Maria K., she took me with a massive pain, within 30minutes of me arriving with no appointment and not even registered to the clinic, sorted me out and made sure I can still live a normal life until my appointment. Created me a treatment plan, where everything was explained and shown to me. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Shilpa who also made me feel very calm, and performed a wisdom tooth extraction - which was painless. Everything was shown and explained again, in a very professional manner, answered all my questions and suggested appropriate treatments. Will continue visiting and highly recommend the practice.

Lovely staff, the receptionists, Ms Monika the dentist and her assistant. Without any rush, I've got plenty great advices, honest, professional answers and useful opinions. My visit ended up with x-ray and antibiotics prescription to treat my inflammation and after all I payed £30 only. This clinic is very welcoming, make your fears go away and I noticed it's also children-friendly. Highly recommend!

Had my first appointment with dentist Shilpa today. All I have to say is that I will not see any other dentist from now on, but her. Me suffering with big phobia from dentists, specially having anaesthetics injected in always puts me of from having dental treatments done because I'm terrified. But this time I could not feel any pain, she really does it brilliant. I would definitely recommend her as I was more than happy with the treatment overall and the way she cares about how patient feels. Her assistant Kasia was also great putting your mind at ease.

I was seen and received treatment by Dr. Shilpa. It was a lower molar extraction, that's a three rooted tooth that had to be pulled out! Dr. Shilpa was very reassuring and calming, explained in detail what she was about to do, without been too revealing on the specifics of the procedure so as to not put me off, and kept reassuring me throughout the extraction. I thought it was gonna take ages and that I'd had to go through excruciating pain to get that big tooth pulled out of my gums but to my surprise it took about 7-8 minutes! ! ! Yes, that's all it took, no pain, no discomfort, nothing...Just the numbness of the local anaesthetic, that was all. Never felt the needle or anything. My bigger surprise was that I had absolutely no pain in the following days, as I was expecting at least some discomfort after the anaesthetic would wear off. That only shows Dr. Shilpa's high skill set, as she kept the procedure minimally invasive with minimum impact on my gums therefore there was no significant damage to cause any pain afterwards. All in all a very high end service!!!! The reason I have given such a detailed review is cause I'd want people to know that visits to the dentist, even for pulling teeth out, are not to be scared of or make you nervous as long as you are treated by a highly skilled dentist!! The reason I put 4/5 stars has absolutely nothing to do with the level of service that I received in Victoria clinic, it is only because making an appointment is kind of difficult, but that's because obviously they're a good clinic and therefore busy. Still it's a bit inconvenient...But all in all a great service nonetheless!!!

I was a patient in this clinic for years, had my braces fitted here and recommended friends and family to the practice - basically spent a lot of money on different treatments over the years. Yesterday, I made an appointment via telephone, pretty last minute filling in a spot for someone who coudn't make it. It so happened I had to cancel the appointment last minute because my car broke down and I have been told that I'll need to pay £50 cancellation fee, despite not being told anything about cancellation fees when booking it over the phone. I understand the fees are there to prevent last minute cancellations but think the lack of information and the way the cancellation was handled on the day didn’t give me a chance to explain the circumstances and was very impersonal. Following my review here, the pracice since tried to resolve the situation and offered an explanation.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Monika Skirzyńska-Podgórska and Dr. Maria Kucharska. Very nice, gentle and very professional 😊. From the first visit, I had a comprehensive examination of all my teeth, along with a step-by-step plan and a price list. I have been a patient for over a year and I am extremely pleased with the results😁. We also managed to save a tooth that all other dentists had written off as a waste, but thanks to Dr. Maria (a doctor for special tasks) and her space equipment, it turned out that it was possible after all 😌. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception are always helpful, cordial and smiling 😘 A great place for children, especially those starting their adventure at the dentist. At Victoria Clinic I had seen orthopaedic consultant. Such a lovely experience from the very beginning. The Doctor looked carefully through results of my examinations which were showing nothing despite I have been in constant pain for two years. Doctor explained to me the first route is to treat patient based on examinations unless those do not show much then we try different medications in small doses to seek for improvement. That was my case, I agreed to have injections and the next day i nearly forgot what pain is even though dose was only small. The Doctor is very conscious, sharp, polite, sympathetic and professional. I would recommend him to friends and family, he is a really top notch consultant. Thank you.
