I have been a patient with this practice since moving to Manchester in 2017 and I have been so well looked after ever since. They are thorough, helpful, polite and considerate right across the board. They have supported me through periods of illness, pregnancy and investigations and I can honestly say i have been in excellent hands. Throughout the pandemic I was ALWAYS able to speak to someone, I ALWAYS managed to get an appointment and they did absolutely everything to ensure my safety when visiting the surgery. I recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable GP service. Thank you for all of your hard work. Makeda Mills

I have been a patient in this practice since 2009. My Dr. , Dr Donlan is fantastic. Amazing listening and communication skills. She examines and investigates thoroughly her patients. She treats patients with a lot of respect and empathy. The Staff in this surgery are quite pleasant professions but I have had some bad experiences with some receptionists who are very rude and talk down on patients. I have been a victim of this and have witnessed it being done to other patients. Janet the Secretary is outstanding. This lady is selfless, kind, helpful , friendly and polite. She is the reason why I am reviewing today because I need her to know she impacted positively in my career and my experience as patient in this surgery. I am training to be a nurse and she just made me realise how to treat my patients while on training and when I qualify. Janet , thank you for helping me when i felt stranded, helpless and no one was listening to me. On several occasions Janet stood out for me and in my opinion she should be employee of the month. The reception staff could learn a thing or two from your customer service skills. Thank you to all the staff for the amazing roles you all play in our care.

Great service, I couldn’t fault the Doctors and Nurses even if I try. But there is one lady at the front desk who is always in the bad mood and rude to patients all the time whether on the phone or in person. Terrible customer service for a place where people come to seek help on their most vulnerable moment. I was traited very badly 3 occasion by that lady, my last experience was yesterday, 29 weeks pregnant with terrible cold, she was very rude and mean, I felt very vulnerable not knowing what to do. I sobbed as I was walking out of that place. This is the 3rd time I am reporting her attitude toward patients

Brand new doctors surgery. It's very clean. You can ring up at 8am and book an appointment on the day. They also allow u to book appointment via the Internet or an app on your phone.

The treatment here has always been ok as long as you are organised. Just recently if you ring them they try to pass you off saying most problems will sort themselves out in time or pass you to a self help Web site. It's a struggle just to get through to reception. Where is the personal approach gone
