K. B.This is the best surgery I've been registered with hands down. Ignore all of the salty 1 star reviews. They've implemented a queue system for phone appointments and online consultations if you'd rather skip the phone. People complaining they can't get an appointment seems like a stretch to me. Sure on occasion you may have to wait a day or try calling back at another time, but 90% I get an appointment the same day. My wife and I have been with this surgery for over 3 years and not once had an issue. The doctors actually listen to you and I feel looked after. Thank you.
K.This is by far the best GP surgery I have ever been registered with and I cannot understand any of the negative reviews. Whenever I have something urgent I get seen on that same day. They have recently implemented a telephone queueing system which is brilliant, but you can also arrange appointments online too. My husband and I are both in the high risk category and feel so incredibly looked after there for the past 3 years. I have been struggling with a condition for years and no doctor listened, however, the Asplands team listened to me the moment I registered and referred me to specialsts to get a diagnosis. I also have to applaud the receptionists, secretaries and dispensary! All staff are so helpful and saved me so much hassle and worries by doing an excellent job. I wish I could take this surgery with me wherever I move to next!! Thanks to the whole team!

E. C.Dr Howell is fantastic and will go above and beyond whenever I have appointments. Always seen quickly as my medical history is taken into account. Karen on reception is always helpful and will chase things down if needs be. There's an older receptionist that's not so great but I haven't seen her in a while, not sure her name either.
The dispensary ladies are friendly and if my meds aren't quite ready will whizz around sorting them. Always chatty and polite.

N. G.Used to be a great Surgery but now before you've even gotten through the door to see your Doctor you're told they don't have long as they either have a meeting or they're running late. Woburn Sands has gotten too big to deal with the amount of people now using this Surgery. Don't bother going anymore and just put up with ailments as feel as though I'm an inconvenience to them.
