P. L.Wow. I was so impressed with Rahim and the Hearing Health Hub. He cleared an Biblically epic amount of wax from my ear then...voila...I could clearly hear again. Since my visit I've also noticed myself turning down the volume on my car stereo and phone etc. Before it seemed about right, now my ears are clear it's too loud. Rahim was laid back, fun and helpful throughout the procedure, personalising everything. Very impressed! He even let me take a couple of repellent pictures, which now you can be tainted by...but look. It's all clear now. Brilliant.
J.This is a great place. Rahim was great at explaining the process to me, and did a really good job at removing wax from my ears. He was also very friendly. The facility itself is really nicely laid out and comfortable and it’s obvious that a lot of thought and attention has gone into making it nice. It overlooks a lovely bit of countryside too. I’m intending to come back here for a full hearing check up, and I’d recommend it to anyone.
D. F.Fantastic! I had wax removed from both ears with micro suction and Rahim was great. He explained everything and the whole thing was very relaxed. The location is very nice, clean and comfortable. The pictures inside the ear before and after wax removal were a nice touch, so you can see how bad it looks before you start! Very good value compared to a previous experience too!

I. D.A very professional, clean and efficient service. Arrived and Rahim made me feel at ease and very welcome. Explained what the process would be and then showed me the build up of wax in each ear using a mini camera connected to the screen. Removed all the wax and then showed me the results using the camera again. Nice and clean and an immediate improvement in my hearing. Would highly recommend.
A. C.Although I was ten minutes late for my appointment, (accident on the motorway), I was assured by Dr. Rahim that this would not be a problem as he ushered me into his surgery.
The actual procedure was quick and totally painless and each step was explained fully and, with the help of fibre optics, I was shown before and after pictures of the inside of both ears. I also received advice on how to keep my ears clean in the future.
I was back in my car twenty minutes after arrival, able to hear properly again for the first time in several weeks, priceless!
