Had quite a few treatments over the last 3 years. The treatments themselves are fine, customer service isn't great. It's pot luck depending on who is doing your treatment. I'm looking at getting more facial treatments done but won't be going back here.

Excellent treatment and service. The practitioner (I think her name was Lily) clearly discussed the session and was thorough. I have always been very happy with the service and staff and this recent visit was no exception.

Your reception area is clean, airy and inviting. The receptionist was very friendly and explained the protocols clearly. I was pleased there is a lift, as I get a bit dizzy using spiral staircases. The doctor was very reassuring, and took the time to explain the treatment options clearly. I feel comfortable returning to undergo the planned treatment.

Everyone is so lovely. The practioner always makes me feel comfortable and the receptionist was warm and welcoming and even checked for me with the rest of the ladies working of the car park was free as I was worried! Thank you

Everything went smooth, However very pricey! No one mentioned the prescription costs £15 which I believe it is a rip off because I have payed £150 for a simple consultation.

Had a course of microneedling and the results were amazing! The course was expensive but I wouldn't trust anyone other than a nurse or doctor with my skin. The nurse I had was knowledgeable and my skin is amazing! Cant thank them enough. Being in my 30s and developing teenage like skin really had a huge impact on my confidence and appearance. It is the first time in years I have felt confident in my own skin. My scarring is gone, pores reduced, fine lines gone, my skin tone has completely balanced out and my skin is glowing! Could not recommend enough!
