One of the best customer services I ever dealt with. I called last minute for a fit-to-fly test and the lady at the reception really went extra mile to help me! Thank you! To get to the clinic, you need to enter the big office building and then upstairs, first floor.

Our experience with The Clinic MK has been super brilliant throughout. Our initial phone contact was cheery, knowledgeable and gave us great confidence they could get our Covid tests done and the results returned to us within our time frame. Then arrival at the clinic and the charming lady who greeted us put us at ease. The doctor was super efficient and kind. Definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their varying services again.

Excellent and efficient service. Even though they can't guarantee it, results are typically coming back in 24 hours as they understand the nature of the travel restrictions. Staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful felt a bit robotic with the exception of the lovely lady working out in the rain keeping everyone informed.

We were caught on the hop by a last minute change in Italian law requiring us to have evidence of a negative COVID-19 test. Got booked in for a test on the same day at 6pm and the receptionist even came in on a Sunday when they are supposed to be closed to give us our results so we could travel the next day. Brilliant service and will definitely use again!

Very efficient and fast. Results in 24h. I did my test 9:15am on Monday, and they called me next day Tuesday 10:30 to give me the result. Then, you have to go to collect the document from reception. Great service!

A dedicated team of professionals. My husband and I needed a Covid test for relocation purposes. Very happy with the service provided by Dr Ojeikere and Ade. Booking and taking the test was easy. They were both also incredibly helpful and had gone above and beyond in getting the test results back to us as soon as they were sent from the lab. I would certainly book with them again!

The receptionist Symonne was extremely helpful and patient with us when we were booking our COVID-19 test. She was was prompt in responding to email communications. The doctor was informative and explained what was happening. All in all, the service was excellent.

I have had a few sessions for IPL treatment for hair removal at the Clinic MK and I absolutely recommend it! I found a Groupon voucher that awarded me 6 sessions at the Clinic MK and it's been the best money spent! Great value and an excellent experience with Symonne! She helped me feel relaxed and was very professional, she explained the procedure and what to expect. It was, thankfully, quick and easy and the results are astounding! (..especially as I have very thick dark hair) It worked from the first session and I have noticed a significant reduction of re-growth of hair - really amazing. Symonne is friendly and respected my dignity throughout the process - I have a few more sessions to go and even though there was a break in treatment due to lock down - this really proved that the IPL treatments work well with Symonne's therapeutic approach. Thank you! I have recommended family and friends to the MK Clinic because my first hand experience and outcome has been very positive every time. : )

I was very impressed with the reseption and with the doctor who dealt with me. Great care was taken over the covid 19 entry to the practice. The cost of £40 was a good incentive as well. I have used the clinic mk many times yearly. I highly recommend all HGV and pcv drivers book in and use them, easy to get to just of the A5.

Was an ok experience. Had to wait in car park until it was my turn. Dr was calm and professional. Results were back in 24 hours and had to be picked up. I asked for a soft copy but apparently this was not possible, which was odd.

Dr OJ and his team are always extremely helpful and efficient. I use this service rather than waiting forever to see my local GP and it is well worth paying for the peace of mind and speed. Also, you don't come out with something you didn't have when you went in by sitting in a crowded GP surgery with everyone spreading what they have!! Highly recommend the service. Went for an abdominal scan yesterday with Lesley, she was very professional very friendly and has given me piece of mind that my insides are okay. My scan was booked and done within 24 hours and had a report in my hand to take to my GP. This would have taken months on the NHS, definitely worth the money and helps take the pressure off the NHS.
