I have been in pain with rheumatoid arthritis for many years and also have a broken back and severe spinal injuries due to an accident. David has been my saviour with his accupuncture treatment relieving so much of my pain. He is gentle, understanding and caring. An expert in his field and would highly recommend him.

Went to get some treatment on a frozen shoulder as I didn't want to wait for it to fix itself in 2-3 years and I had tried other therapies with limited success. I’m absolutely over the moon to say the least. I was left with crippling sciatica after bladder surgery. I had to get home assistance and modifications made around the house. I was in and out of a wheelchair during the worst episodes. David took the time to explain the process, after just a handful of sessions I’m in no pain and put my walking sticks back in the cupboard! Went to DH Acupuncture and therapies for a pain in my shoulder after giving birth to the point where I couldn’t sleep. The hospital were unable to diagnose it but prescribed codeine for the pain. Davey was really knowledgable and professional and after just two sessions, I was able to come off the codeine and had no pain at all. As a result, I’ve been able to enjoy the following weeks with my newborn pain free.

As a regular of alternative medicine I came to David HP acupuncture & Therapies after suffering years of chronic back pain , strong shoulder pain,numbiness in other shoulder and neck. I visited DH Acupuncture after suffering with painful plantar fasciitis in my heel for over 6 months. As a keen runner I had tried stretches, seen a podiatrist, foam rollered and used insoles in my shoes to ease the pain. After 2 sessions with David working on Trigger points in my calf the pain has gone! I expected at best for the acupuncture to ease the pain but for it to be gone after living with it for 6 months, I'm shocked but delighted. I am just back from a trail running weekend in Wales where I have put my legs and feet through some tough and muddy miles and I'm still pain free. I would highly recommend David at DH Acupuncture.

Acupuncture was suggested to me by my GP to help with tension headaches and pain in my neck and shoulder. David's treatments have been really good, the headaches are much better and keeps the neck and shoulder pain at bay. My energy levels have also improved and David has provided helpful advice about diet and other tips for generally feeling better. Sessions are reasonably priced and David is flexible with fitting in sessions and frequency of treatment. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely recommend David. I went in almost unable to walk with pain in my back & 1 leg almost completely bent. Making walking very difficult. As a result I couldn't sleep. After 1 sessions David managed to relax my leg and ease pain in my back after a few more sessions the difference was amazing. Very good at what he does & Definitely highly recommend.
