Visited the clinic as wanted discuss reducing the appearance of my forehand lines and lines around my eyes. Andrew was very welcoming and put me at ease immediately, we had an in-depth chat regarding the best treatments for me and decided Botox would be suitable. The results are amazing, I have had treatment in the past elsewhere and the results were nothing like this. Would definitely recommend.

Super friendly and personable experience and was made to feel at ease even before I attended the consultation by way of welcome email and check ins to see if the booked slot was still suitable. The process of booking was really easy, appt timing was flexible and straightforward to choose from, and the follow up info that is shared (an email overview of recommendations with photos and descriptions) is really thought out and let me know what to expect in terms of treatment and cost per treatment/overall. The treatment itself (Botox-my first time) was honestly pain free, and I had absolutely zero bruising or redness afterwards! Overall I would highly recommend if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and transparent / thoughtful treatment plans!
