Fantastic First Class Surgeon… exceptional level of care from start to finish. I was a complex case, but with the trust I had in Mr Elson I’m now pain free and able to walk again after my ACL reconstruction - - using a new man made ligament. I can’t thank him enough!

David Elson was simply brilliant today. As a sports specialist Physiotherapist myself, it is an awful day when you yourself have to seek help. It’s been 20 years since my ACL surgery and the osteoarthritis created as a result of that trauma has caught up with me. Mr Elson was able to see me within days, gave an extremely collaborative consultation outlining the various avenues I could take. His knowledge and expertise, combined with a relaxed and friendly persona enabled me to make the right decisions. I have a clear plan for my knee for future surgery. I came in on crutches and walked out due to knee aspiration and injection. I highly recommend Mr Elson and will be referring my patients to him from now on.

Can’t thank Mr Elson enough for my knee replacement operation. I had it done on the 4th May and was discharged home on the 5th. Prior to my op I could only take the stairs one at a time and lead with my good leg. Walking more than 20m was extremely painful and I had to sit most of the time at work. It’s now 14th June and I can walk normally up and down the stairs, I am getting further every day on my walks and the pain is zero! The only numbness I have is on the outer part of my knee which should go given time. I am able to straighten and bend my leg with no pain and only a slight discomfort. Looking forward to being able to take my dogs out for a walk and getting back to work. Once again, thank you for an amazing job
