It's sad to see some iffy reviews here as this is basically a very good practice. The reception (who are under a ton of pressure don't forget) do the job, what I would say is that there is a drop in quality from the 'partners' gps to the ad hoc gps there. The lines of Drs Clements, Hannon are first rate.

I have been so impressed with the service provided particularly during the pandemic. No long waits for appointments and if you need to be seen face to face depending on clinical need this can be arranged. All the staff I have spoken to have been so professional and caring. What a fantastic service!

A brilliant surgery. I am under Dr Abi Thompson who not only listens but takes time to understand and learn I have a very unusual disease, that hospitalised me for a long time that the practice have had to take on board and work out how to make things work for me. They also took on my partner who has so many issues too and Dr Thompson, has made him a priority for her. This is remarkable and means she knows our personal history too. Thank You

I have now, January 2019, been a patient of The Grove Medical Group for over fifteen years and have had continuing excellent treatment by the practice staff, both medical and administrative. They are always considerate to one's needs and I have no doubt in my mind that they treat care of their patients as being of primary consideration. Even having had regular monthly consultations with my named GP - at his request - for many years now, they have always been with the same person. The only occasions that I didn't see him was because I needed an urgent appointment and was fitted into another GP's schedule and always on the same day. (Where else can one get same-day service nowadays?) This continuity with one doctor is excellent. I cannot think of a single thing that I would criticise about my treatment and cannot therefore recommend them highly enough.

This medical practice is brilliant both the doctors and admin are extremely helpful and patient. When I visited the practice on Friday a lady on reception was dealing with a patient who obviously was suffering from Alzheimer's. Despite a queue she patiently explained about his appointment taking time to write it in his diary. He left the practice as least 3 times and kept returning having forgot his visits minutes before. Each time he returned she explained it all over again and showed him the entry in his diary. She even checked he had his bus pass for getting home. Her level of patience was heartwarming. Well done reception and a big thankyou to all the doctors who work at the practice and have helped with my treatment. In particular to Dr Brooks and Dr Connelly who I have seen over the last few weeks and months.
