D. A.There's a lot of good things about this place as I've been coming here for years. The doctors are lovely, the nurses are really nice, the receptionists are all nice too. You can get an appointment on the day, provided you ring in the morning, and the site is very accessible. Initially I had written the bad points here regarding the informational videos shown and the waiting room chairs being limited, but I have since been contacted by someone from the business asking for feedback on the waiting room and how it should be changed. Though my initial negatives do still stand, the willingness to ask the community for feedback about their establishment is something not a lot of people do. Tentative 10/10 based on customer service.
