I changed clinics after having both a failed fresh and frozen IVF cycle and CARE used this info to help shape my cycle with them.
Online portal is so good to keep on track with everything and submit paperwork. Helps speed up the process etc.
The support and medications I were advised were very well explained and tailored exactly to myself and my partners needs. I really appreciate the clinics’ expertise, and they were very vigilant in doing an early egg collection as they could see signs of OSS after only a few days of stimming.
I only had one cycle with CARE, but it resulted in 10 blastocysts and one transferred resulting in my daughter born this March. I am so pleased with this clinic. My results were never as good at my prior clinic (3 blastocysts) and I am so thankful I will only need to go through frozen cycles if we choose to expand our family in the future.

The doctors and nurses we came into contact with were brilliant, firm but fair and always up front with where we stood in the process.
My partner had our twins in September 2019 and coming up to their first birthday it's just made me think back to how scary those early ivf appointments were but always how we felt confident that Care were giving the best chance to have our boys here today.

A. F.My wife and I had a brilliant and positive experience at Care Northampton. The staff are so so friendly and we felt incredibly supported throughout the entire process. Care Northampton made what is a long and daunting process feel less difficult and straightforward. We would recommend it to anyone! We now have a beautiful 2 week old babygirl as well as 5 blastocyst embryos in the freezer. Without a doubt a 5/5.
R. G.I have had the most positive experience at Care. Everything went smoothly, every appointment on time. Everything was explained and every answer or concern answered. I could not have asked for more from these wonderful and caring nurses, consultants and anesthesist. Even though I had to leave a brief message I was always called back and all my emails have been answered. Overall I had a great experience. And a positive one as well as I got pregnant with my first baby.

R.I'll be honest my first review for this clinic was a bad one as no one called me back, the office manager called me after I left my negative review and explained they now have a new centralised number where they do answer straight away. I'm so glad I gave them another chance, the nurses and office staff at care have been wonderful and supportive, i esp like deidre who we had our injection teach with yesterday and Nadine is so lovely and always emails me back straight away. Im only mid injection regime but I feel so happy I chose this clinic. We have a few more months with them as our Cycle isn't a straight forward fresh transfer so I Will update again once we are finished (and hopefully have a good outcome to report back). So far I wouldnt hesitate to recommend x

We have had so much support and everyone we met are amazing and talk us thru everything is detail ! S. R.I have been under the care if thid clinic for several months.. from start to finish thr staff have been over and above amazing and consistent not to mention friendly and for any all procedures each member of staff to be involved has come and met and introduced themselves.
Its been wonderful. The offices are clean tidy and relaxed. It really has been a pleasure getting to meet such a wonderful team.
