Over many years as a patient at this Practice, I have received consistently good care, excellent treatment, advice and support. Doctors take time to listen without hurrying you and the nurses and other staff are friendly and helpful. The new surgery at Brixworth has given both staff and patients a much improved facility. Yes, they are busy but we live in a growing village and they work under immense pressure. I feel very lucky to be a patient at Saxon Spires. Thank you..

I have been with brixworth surgery for a number of years. I have only had one doctor that I found to not care and rude but no name will be given due to that would be very unfair to single that doctor out this was from guilsborough surgery not brixworth. I have to say I have found that brixworth have always been polite and professional with me and in a time of need went above and beyond. The doctors and nurses are always very helpful and understanding and don't rush you out the door. Only problem I see is getting an appointment can be hard but that could be due to the increase in patients but that does not bother me. I have made a complaint before to this surgery on behalf of my dad and the practice manager dealt with it professionally and with care and came to a good solution that I was happy with. I would like to give one nurse alot of credit and her dedication and time and understanding for people, the nurse I believe as I believe she is a credit to brixworth surgery. Just would like to say a big thank you to her. More details will be in the letter I have sent to brixworth surgery. As I don't won't to name people on here as I feel that would be wrong. I would recommend this surgery.

Staff are very helpful and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure you are seen and get the help you need. They are very thorough and are good at listening to patients to secure the best outcomes. This is primary healthcare at its best.
