Excellent consultation, investigations and advice. Would recommend going and investing in your health and well being here, I definitely will do from now on. It’s not a replacement for your GP, as they will refer you back when necessary, and fully communicate with them and you. I don’t have private insurance, I pay as I go.

Been here twice now as Norwich & Norfolk had no appointments. It's really nice here, everyone I met from the cleaners to the medic staff are lovely. My last visit was a month back and I was left stranded due to taxi issues. This was after 6pm on a Friday night. The taxi arrived after 8pm. The staff made sure I was happy, comfortable and were kind enough to keep me warm. Even the lovely cleaner was comforting whilst I waited 2 hours. So if you're ever in a bad mood go here for a few hours and leave in a good mood. Can't thank them enough let alone praise everyone I met on both occasions. Cheers.

Went for MRI scans this morning. I was anxious after previous experiences, but the care here is superb and the ultra-modern machine so much less claustrophobic, with TV screen with 'calming' film scenes to watch during the procedure. Easy car parking and pleasant environment. Many thanks to Tapiwa and everyone there for their kindness and professional expertise.

Went to have an MRI scan on my back very early this morning.First patient in and the staff were very helpful.Was dreading the experience as I had to have a feet first experience before ,years ago, but was re-assured that the new technology is so much better. Despite my trepidation everything the operator said was absolutely true More space,virtual reality scenes of Mountains and birds and 9 minutes head first. Brilliant and my Blood Pressure rate much improved

Had an evening MRI scan and was very nervous about being in such an enclosed space, however the man and lady doing the scan were very reassuring, polite and friendly putting me at ease about my first MRI scan and would definitely recommend for any future scans here. Straight in and out no waiting or worrying once inside they are very reassuring and put you at ease about the scan.

I’ve had four MRIs in the last 6 months so I’d like to think I know a thing or two about what’s good and what isn’t. The MRI machine at the global clinic is the best I’ve been in. I really suffer in small spaces but the global clinic’s mri scanner actually has a tv screen that you watch whilst being scanned. The added benefit of this that you can’t then see the scanner around you so you really don’t feel like you’re in a confined space. There is no question in my mind where I’ll go for my inevitable next scan.

Went for my First MRI scan at the Global Clinic in Norwich and it was a very relaxing experience. The nurse called Lynne & Tapiwa the Radiologist was very nice and explained what would be happing at my appointment. The Clinic itself was very modern, clean and Covid-19 safe. Went to the clinic today for an MRI scan feeling very scared and panicky from past experiences elsewhere. The staff were amazing especially in these difficult times. Tapiwa and Mark managed to completely reassure me and I was able to have the complete scan and left there feeling much more relaxed than when I arrived. I normally take a 'tablet' for MRI & CT scans as I am not comfortable in enclosed spaces.... no more thanks to Global Clinic! The MRI scanner is by far the best, very spacious with a screen which allows you to follow your progress. No stress with parking, no crowded waiting rooms, hygiene standards 'par excellence', and no hangng around waiting to be seen. Both Lynne and Tapiwa were incredible in attending to all my needs. Their empathy and personalities were just what is needed when you are not feeling confident. If, I should require any future scans, xray or visits to hospital I will always request being sent to the Global Clinic. My thanks to Lynne and Tapiwa for taking care of me and keepng me safe in these trying times. Keep safe.

Pam and her assistant Lynn were absolutely fab. Both so friendly and such a professional bedside Manor. They gave clear explanations of what to expect through each step of my procedure, and they both made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Being someone who has had numerous scans and had bad experiences, I have to say this has restored my faith in the system. Thank you both so much

Right from the reception, I felt very welcome and in good hands. The radiologists were brilliant and made me feel very at ease during my scan. There was tea available whilst waiting and magazines to help pass the time. Because of location, best to go with car or call a cab. Most cabs will take 10minutes or so to arrive, so not a long wait at all. Lovely service.

Really nice venue, plenty of parking and super nice that they have two free EV charging stations. I wish they would have also publish the guest wifi password somewhere, with current covid rules, reaching the reception to get it may not be so easy.
