I had liposuction in 2018. I was extremely happy with the result. So, I had botox as well. Super, just super. And now, 4 years later, I had upper eyelid surgery. It looks now, 3 weeks later, like I had a face lift. All procedures totally pain-free. Even the skin was iced before injecting the Botox. The staff is very friendly and made me feel at ease. I can absolutely recommend this clinic. The aftercare is second to none. And the prices are like everywhere else, but at this clinic you get the hole package. 5+*** from me!!!!

Was given a date for a £40 consultation for a sebaceous cyst removal, filled in all the necessary forms and was seen by the nurse every thing was fine and confirmed that the procedure could go a head,the nurse disappeared out of the room to see the surgeon too see how much the surgery would cost.Two minute's later she reappeared ,with me and my wife sitting in the room ,she quoted £700 with in that ,the surgeon entered the room .Everything was all agreed ! a date was arranged with a £50 deposit ,Surgery day ,all went well half hour all done stitched very neatly done very pleased .Crunch time ! I sat down with the surgeon he went through the healing process all good Dr's letter too "Right that's £750 too pay please .correct me if I'm wrong ,if you've been quoted £700 and pay a £50 deposit that leaves £650 so I paid the £750 ,10days later stitches out ah its the nurse who done my consultation, she removed the stitches all good , I asked her do you remember my consultation Yes she replied Tell me what was the amount given for the surgery £700 she replied, how come I got charged £750 after paying a £50 deposit that leaves £650 ,yes she replied I will look into it for you when I see the surgeon she said .I'm still waiting for a reply back from you

I have just undergone Lazer Liposuction on my abdomen and flanks. I am currently day 5 post surgery and am extatic with the results. Having this procedure done locally and with a doctor and surgery I have 24 hour access to has been amazing. Not that I have had to use it. The procedure itself was appropriately 3 hours from start to finish, with two pre op appointments and one post op. I have had no issue with recovery and have been up and about from the moment I left surgery. The attention to detail from the surgeon and his two assistants was incredible. Every step was explained and I was comforted beforehand as well as during. I bounced Into his office 3 days later! I can already see a huge difference in my shape. I have been coming here since 2014 when I decided to have laser liposuction to my thighs and hips. The procedure went very well and although I bruised quite badly, the end result is excellent and the results are still visible 5 years on. I have also been having Botox and fillers when necessary during this time too and have to say that Dr Gheyi is excellent and really listens to what it is you want. He has a light touch and will always put less in to start with and says he can always add more if necessary. I have had botox and fillers elsewhere when I have not been able to come here ( as I live abroad), with mainly disastrous results, so have learnt the hard way to wait until I come to the UK before having anything done. Finally I would just like to mention the staff, who are always warm and welcoming and make you feel at ease...keep up the good work guys!

I was told me 15 years ago that to remove a raised mole on my nose would leave a hideous scare, 3 weeks ago I went to a reasonably priced consolation with coltishall cosmetic clinic and was told it could easily be removed with a Co2 laser. I was booked in the very next week. The Doctor was friendly, reassuring and explained every part of the procedure before and during the removal, it was completely painless (it hurt that evening when the local anesthetic had worn off). two weeks later I'm left with a small, faint pink scare that is completely flat, I'm so happy and wished I had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of having some work done, it seems cheaper than most places but you get excellent service from start to finish.

I had a mini facelift and am delighted with the results. There are so many places I could have gone, but Coltishall Clinic’s website gave me a comprehensive overview of choices. At the consultation Dr Gheyi didn’t say what I needed, but asked me my expectations of results. He held a mirror and asked me to show him what I wanted to look like after the procedure. I’m 50 and had dropped jowls which made me look unlike how I felt and he suggested a mini facelift for best results. After a couple of months I went back to have a second consultation and pay my deposit. On the day of my procedure Dr Gheyi, Hazel and Jane were there for me the whole time. Although extremely professional, they also chatted to me and amongst themselves, making me feel totally relaxed. I even fell asleep during the operation. Afterwards, I had some bruising but only took painkillers on the day of the procedure as I didn’t feel much pain afterwards. Lovely staff, professional but friendly, and I felt well looked after throughout. I had varicose veins treated in both legs at the same time - one was done using EVLT with microphlebectomy and the other via Sclerotherapy. The procedures were painless and it was all over relatively quickly. For a few weeks after I had some bruising and a bit of tenderness which was to be expected, though it was nowhere near as bad as I envisioned it might be! 2-3 months after the operation my legs were totally back to normal and now 5 months on I can't even tell where the tiny scars from the microphlebectomy are. I'm so grateful to Dr Gheyi and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a Lipoma under my left arm that had been there for more years than I can remember. I finally made up my mind that I had had enough of it sticking out over the top of my strappy summer clothes and it had to go! Okay, so where do you go to have a procedure like this - especially when the NHS wouldn't help? It was completely benign, not life-threatening so, therefore, deemed to be cosmetic surgery! After a long and exhausting search I found the Coltishall Cosmetic Clinic and, as it transpired, I struck gold. I booked a consultation and, as soon as I set foot over the threshold, I knew everything would be alright. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and put me at my ease. The Clinic itself was spotless and very comfortable. Doctor Gheyi was really pleasant, extremely easy to talk to and very respectful. My Consultation - with a nurse in attendance - was more of a friendly chat with a thorough examination followed by a full explanation of the procedure. I had no doubt whatsoever about making the decision to go ahead and the appointment was booked. A week later it was done - painlessly! A feint bruise appeared but there was no pain or discomfort so no need for painkillers. Today, nine days later, my stitches were removed and - guess what - I can hardly see the scar! I would like to say "thank you" to everyone at the Clinic for a memorable experience. Why was it memorable? Because, afterwards, I was able to watch the video taken during the procedure and it was awesome!! Carol Terry.

I had a one-stitch face lift last October and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. In my late 50s, I had been wanting to do something about my sagging jowls for ages but I was nervous about having a full face lift and the cost was prohibitive anyway. Dr Gheyi recommended a one-stitch face lift which was far less invasive and the procedure was simple and straightforward carried out under local anasthetic. The only visible sign after the operation were a few stitches in two small incisions just above my ears which were easily hidden by my hair anyway. However for me the effect has been dramatic, taking years off my face! I would certainly recommend the one-stitch lift to anyone and and I can't speak too highly of Dr Gheyi and his team at Coltishall Cosmetic Clinic. They were so caring and professional, putting me totally at ease and making me feel very relaxed and comfortable in a delightfully unhurried way. Now 3 months after the op I look into the mirror and feel so much younger - just wonderful!

Went to Coltishall to see if laser treatment could help with facial redness and flushing. After an initial meeting with the doctor I had three sessions of IPL over the course of six weeks or so. Personally it made absolutely no difference for me so I stopped, but even so I was happy with the clinic. Some of the treatments aren't cheap, so if you are on the fence I would recommend doing your own research beforehand on whether it might benefit you. In general I am quite cynical about the validity of certain cosmetic services, but this clinic seemed to be a cut above other options in the county. The technician was very capable and friendly. One negative would be the size, there is only one doctor and one technician available. In turn punctuality, every appointment I had was 20 - 45 mins behind time. Also I felt at the doctor was a little aloof, he seemed more interested in having me as a customer rather than helping treat my skin condition.

I am from the USA and got my full face filler treatment including tear trough, nose to mouth lines and the forehead by Dr. Gheyi. Dr. Gheyi took time to explain the procedure including the alternatives and individualized treatments that would be most appropriate for my facial type. I had minimal swelling for a day which I think was more perceived than real as my 11 year old son could not even notice it until I pointed it out to him. I cannot thank the staff and Dr at this location enough, I was suffering a Lipoma on my forehead and went to NHS who told me there's nothing that can be done as it wasn't life threatening . The issue being it was getting larger and larger and it was all I could see and others were then asking me what it was. I did some research and then made an appointment with coltishall clinic. As soon as I walked in I was met by helpful and reassuring staff the Dr then talked me through everything and scanned my lump to confirm it was as the hospital stated it was. Photos of what the scar would look like we're shown (barely noticeable) and the costing was explained also. I booked then and there, I then came for my appointment and I was made to feel so relaxed and no question was too stupid to answer. I was nervous as I had never had anything like this done before but those nerves soon disappeared as every step was explained. My follow up today was again excellent and I am now Lipoma free and so so glad I chose coltishall clinic. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you again guys and girls you've made me a happy man.

I've been visiting Dr Gheyi and his friendly team at Coltishall Cosmetic Clinic for nine years now, mostly for Microdermabrasion and LED treatments and skin peels, and my skin has never been better - my acne scars have faded almost to the point of disappearing, and are still improving with every visit! I was a little hesitant about visiting a cosmetic clinic at first, but Dr Gheyi is a qualified surgeon, and was also a GP, which reassured me that he knows what he's doing, and so it has proved. These days my skin is glowing, and I'm always being told I don't look my age (59). I hope to continue to visit the clinic for many years to come, and to try other treatments - these days no matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of my tummy bulge, but I know Sanjay can take that away with Liposuction - perhaps next year, when I'm the big 6-0 I'll go for it! I was anxious about having it done but was really unhappy with how it looked, so needed to do something about it as i am getting married in June!! Throughout the procedure Dr Gheyi made me feel so comfortable and kept checking if i was ok. I was surprised how it didn't hurt. Over the next week it formed a scab which later then fell off.One month later the redness has gone down considerably and the scarring is still heeling. I had a deep full face fractional laser resurfacing treatment in August in order to treat some very old acne scars and some fine wrinkes. Dr Gheyi explained fully what the prodedure would entail and also what results I could expect during my consultation,and I decided to go ahead based on what he told me. The treatment itself wasn't pain free, but very managable and took around 30 minutes to complete. Afterwards, I was left feeling like I had a bad case of sunburn, and there was some swelling which went after a few days. Initially I was dissapointed. after the swelling subsided, I could see no change. We all want instant results right? This type of treatment causes damage deep under the skin which takes time to heal and come to the surface. It kickstarts collagen production and you wont see the results of this for a couple of months. I'm now 3 months post procedure and I'm now very happy with my results. I would recommend this treatment wholeheartedly.

I have tried every remedy, diet and vitamin known to man over the years but can honestly say that regularly (every four or six weeks) having a skin peel plus microdermabrasion has been the only thing to vastly improve my poor beleaguered face. The redness is all but gone, my pores are much less obvious and I only get the odd occasional spot now, not the seven or eight I used to wake up to each morning. My skin now looks calm and normal now and I couldn't be happier!
