Charlotte is absolutely amazing! Every time I come for a treatment I'm made to feel comfortable and at ease, I'm always so happy with what I've had done and walking away feeling great! Charlotte is my go to lip lady she is amazing! She’s so lovely and puts you at ease and she really listens to what you want and is so gentle whilst doing them. She takes her time and really assesses what needs to go where so they are symmetrical and you can tell she really takes pride in her work, Would highly recommend!

Best experience I’ve had, I came to Charlotte after I’d had filler twice from another beautician, the filler I’d previously had dissolved after a week, so Charlotte took the time to sit with me and gave me a very detailed consultation, explained to me what she was going to do etc. The place was incredible, very clean, very welcoming and very calm! She handed me a squeezy stress ball to distract me from the pain too! I was amazed. The treatment itself went really well, I had just under 1.1ml of lip filler, Charlotte constantly spoke to me to tell me what she was doing, asking me if I was okay and if I’d like to stop at any point. This woman knows what she’s doing! I will definitely be returning to her for my next lot of filler! And I’d recommend anyone asking to book in with them! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!
