P. R.My wife and I have been patients of The Eastwood Primary Care Centre for 30 years and I must say that the service and care given over that time has always been second to none. Doctors, nurses and receptionists have always been efficient, friendly, informative and professional. Where prompt attention or testing and external referrals have been necessary these have been actioned quickly. We cannot praise the Practice highly enough.

P.Well I must say that I cannot fault this practice at all , since transferring from another surgery who treated me abysmally this surgery has been on the ball , nothing is too much trouble , all the staff are very helpful, friendly and treat you with respect. I am so glad my daughter recommended this GP Practice , I know that all of my health needs will be dealt with efficiently. I cannot thank you all enough.

R. M.Has been my GP for 26 years or so now. I find them to be responsive and accommodating when necessary, good medical judgement and well run with up to date phone and appointment systems. Comprehensive range of services with GPs specialising in specific disciplines. Having also had experience of other practices in recent years with relatives, EPCC rates very highly with me. At the top end of GP practices in my experience.
S. M.Just to redress the balance because of one particularly awful review of this place.
I had an appointment for an ultrasound scan there today. It was a long way from where I would normally go, but I rearranged it here because the original appointment in Ruddington was inconvenient. I know the area, so finding it was easy.
There's no on-site parking, so I parked on a road round the corner. No real problem with that.
The only issue is with checking in - and that's because of the patients, not the staff. My own surgery has the same problem when people who won't use the online booking system insist on having lengthy discussions with the receptionists instead of just taking a date given to them. Once the first two of three people waiting before me had got it all out of the system (over 10 minutes), I was checked in in 10 seconds flat. I'd literally have checked in in less than 10 seconds if it hadn't been for other people tying up reception.
My appointment was absolutely spot on time, and the scan was done quickly and professionally.
There is nothing wrong whatsoever with this medical centre. It is almost a mirror image of my own centre in Ruddington in terms of efficiency, cleanliness, comfort, and so on. It also has the same issues with people faffing about and tying up the reception staff for minutes at a time - which is not the fault of the centre.
My heart goes out to that poor woman on the desk who has to put up with people blaming her for any problems they have.
