j. c.I have been visiting daily since the end of December 2021 for daily wound care, I have seen a variety of nurses, health care assistants and a GP and they have all been fantastic. The reception staff have all been terrific and helpful. I'm now discharged so just wanted to say thankyou all!! 16 wks of fantastic first class care!
B.The doctors here are amazing; they actually LISTEN to what you have to say, and they refer you for further investigations or second opinions if they're not sure of what the problem is rather than fobbing you off with "it's probably this" and booting you out of the door with no answers like some GPs do. They are also very kind, compassionate and professional, always checking that you're still okay throughout any examinations. I haven't met any of the nursing team but the reception team are also lovely and the whole place seems to be nice and clean. Just be aware that you need to press a button to the side of the main doors to get in - if you don't, the doors won't open for you and everyone on the inside will be able to see you looking all confused!

J. C.I've been three times to the GP Plus doctors. One time there was over a half hour wait beyond my appointment time and no warning from the receptionists. It's soul destroying waiting so long and watching people walk in and get called within minutes while you're still sat there. I assume that they were having different types of appointments. I need to drop a star for that though because it was horrible.
Both other times that I've been I was seen within minutes of arriving, even before my appointment time, so obviously it isn't normal to wait so long.
Every time that I've been the doctors that I've seen have been brilliant. They listen and explain things really well. It's frustrating when doctors give you limited information and expect you just to trust them like witch doctors (which I find happens a lot). The doctors here however do explain things to your level of understanding if you show an interest. It's really down to the doctors that I've given four stars and on the doctors alone they'd get five stars from me.
In fact I like this place enough that when I phone my doctors for an appointment I ask to go to the GP Plus despite the additional distance because the doctors are so much better than I'd normally get.
L. T.Absolutely brilliant surgery with the most friendly understanding staff I've ever met at a doctors, the Dr I seen done more for me today than my own doctor has done for me in my 30 years! I'm finally getting answers to what is wrong with me instead of palmed off i cant praise him enough I really can't I left there overwhelmed and wanted to cry with relief that a doctor had finally listened to me and wanted to help me, after years of bad experiences at doctors I wish I could make this surgery my permanent surgery! 10/10 from me
