I have had a great experience from start to finish been welcomed into the surgery by Mandy the receptionist who is always smiling and willing to help.
Dr Ali is a fantastic knowledgeable GP who I would completely trust with my life and I appreciate his devotion to his patients.
The GP surgery itself is well presented, very clean and makes you feel at ease when you visit

N.I usually attend this practice’s other surgery (Adam House, Sandiacre) which is excellent in its own right but I didn’t expect that such a high standard there could be repeated at another surgery; I need not have been concerned. Both practices offer superlative service. Appointments are quick and easy to make and waiting rooms are clean with plenty of room to sit. Seeing the doctor at the appointed time was also impressive. I’m really not sure what more could be done to improve the service... perfection is hard to better!

He was quick to suggest solutions and offered a lot of advise in general. I am definitely going to visit this place again. The standards and experience of patients,at both surgeriesa, is always judged as being high from the patient surveys we carry out After my last visit I rated my experience as five star in all aspects of my treatments However, I have just read a one star review from somebody attending a hair clinic at Hillside run by a company who used to lease part of the building.This company had nothing to do with the Hillside NHS surgery and the service offered to NHS patientsr from the doctors and other staff. The review is listed under Hillside Medical Centre but does not apply to the NHS Patients ‘ provision at Hillside.
R. K.The doctor there always seems to have time to listen to your problems and if he thinks that you need to see a specialist, doesn't hesitate to send you to one. All my family see him and have come to the same conclusion that he's the best GP to see.
