This was my 1st visit to Soothe. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. My treatment was the Soothe Mindfulness Ritual Facial. A whole hour of pure bliss. Kate and the pregnancy massage was amazing - such soothing hands! She made me feel very relaxed and was very polite and respectful. The room was lovely too and very cosy with the heated bed, cushions and thick blanket. You did feel very soothed and I could have stayed there all day! Incredible service! Whilst I’ve never had a facial before, I’ve visited many spas over the years & this was by far the best service I’ve received. Susan & her colleague were very welcoming, & Susan discussed my needs and reasons for the visit etc. so I could receive a tailored approach to the facial. The deluxe Hydrafacial was fab & Susan talked me through each aspect as we went along. Susan was extremely informative & could tell me how my skin was appearing to her & the best treatments going forwards. I will 100% be back for another Hydrafacial and love the dewy glow it’s given my face!

I booked in a skin anaylsis with Misia as I just felt completely lost with what to do with my skin. I was suffering with breakouts and just generally felt so overwhelmed with what skincare to use next. So I just stopped using it all. Then someone reccomemded I see Misia at Soothe and so I booked an appt straight away. Right from.my first enquiry at Soothe - Misia couldn't have been anymore helpful! I had the appt today and wow what an incredible appointment it was! Misia really gave me so much of her time to understand my skin struggles and concerns and provided me with so much guidance and knowledge. She even helped me use the products she reccomended so I could see what they were like. My skin not already feels better but even looks better. Cannot wait to use everything she reccomended. This was my first trip to Soothe and it certainly will not be the last. It’s by far the nicest, most calming and chic beauty salon I’ve ever been too. When I walked in I automatically felt a sense of calm. I initially booked into Soothe, because I needed to destress and to have a pamper so I booked in for a hydra facial as I’ve been really interested in having this treatment for some time. The hydra facial didn’t disappoint, it felt amazing and it really did give me a detox that I needed and I really enjoyed seeing the bottle at the end of the treatment which showed all my dead skin and dirt. It was a facial that made such a difference. My skin is still glowing days later. But my favourite part of the treatment was the reflexology, I didn’t initially book in for this treatment. But after speaking to Helen in my treatment, and with how stressed I’ve been she advised me to try it and I was so lucky she had a spare 30 minutes. Honestly I have never in my life had a treatment like this, I felt complete peace and tranquility. I felt like all my worries had melted away. I’ve had so many massages and spa treatments in the past and this was by the best. Helen had such a calming presence, and so knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be booking in again for November. Thank you so much :-)

I was made to feel relaxed and pampered even with the Covid restrictions in place. This was my first visit to a spa since the beginning of the pandemic and I was put at ease straight away. This time I had the hydra facial which certainly made my skin feel super fresh and clean after. It was so smooth to touch, I can't wait to return for more treatments and luxury days :)

I just wanted to say a big thank you, it is 6 weeks since I walked through your door feeling very low with worse skin in my 50's than I had as a teenager. Having suffered for several months and been told by doctors that it was hormonal, this turned out not to be the case and Misia's diagnosis of the issue has been transformational. I initially wanted to book a facial but Misia said no as she wanted my skin to heal first, it was at that point I realised that she was there to help and not just for the money. I took on board her recommendations and my skin has cleared up, it has been a slow process but each week I saw an improvement, I am now getting comments on how good it looks. This weekend I have had a facial with Helen as recommended and my skin feels amazing. I genuinely don’t write reviews, but i am so pleased with the results I can’t thank the team at Soothe enough.

It is always a treat and a pleasure to visit with Misia at Soothe. The atmosphere is relaxing and the venue is immaculate.Any tension you feel is gone almost from the time you enter the space. I love the facials I receive from Misia. We always have a chat first to see where my skin and overall well-being are for that day and then decide on a bespoke treatment. The treatment rooms are tastefully decorated and so comfortable it's tempting to just fall asleep. The products Misia uses smell and feel absolutely amazing. I know I am in good hands with her. I had some real problems with my skin this year, with painful, red acne for the first time in my life, which knocked my confidence so much, especially as it flared up in the months before my wedding. Misia's expert recommendations and amazing treatments have absolutely turned my skin around. She offers more intensive treatments and proper pamper sessions depending on what your skin needs that day. You are getting a bespoke treatment that's designed for your skin because she doesn't have a menu of set options, she goes with the treatment that will most benefit you on that day. I really can't recommend Soothe enough!

I have been going to Misia every month for more than a year. I've had many facials before, but the experience and care Misia gives is extraordinary. It's almost hard to know where to start, so how about at the end! When I leave I feel like a movie star or Goddess, literally floating out. From the care given around my diet and home skincare regime, to the gorgeous relaxing room, with comfy bed, duvet and soft lighting. I visited Misia at Soothe for the first time a couple of months ago after a stressful (though lovely) Christmas. The studio is absolutely beautiful. The decor is relaxing and the music was perfect but really marks Soothe out is the quality of the massage. Misia took a short medical history and checked any existing complaints and we talked about what I wanted to get out of the session. The massage she gave me was unlike any i've received before. It was respectful and comforting and completely relaxing. I left feeling all the knots had been worked out of my back and shoulders and the feeling of relaxation lasted for days. I expected to fall asleep but was able to enjoy every minute. I have paid twice the price for a far less beneficial service and I feel anyone who puts themselves in Misia's capable hands will be coming back for more.
