Absolutely amazing service and wonderful staff. Everyone was so lovely and professional from the moment you step in the door, facilities are beautiful, and I felt at ease as soon as I came in. Emma was so kind and listened to me carefully before explaining everything about the treatment. Tranquility therapy was absolutely unreal, by far the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Emma is clearly amazing at her job because as soon as I got home I immediately knocked out for 12 hours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Would definitely recommend!

I can't comment on the procedure yet as it takes time to work and I only had it done today. What I can comment on is what a fabulous place Lumiere is and how wonderful Adrian and the team are. From the moment you send that first query everyone is so helpful and friendly and when you walk into the building it is welcoming and calm. Adrian took lots of time to talk me through things and I felt really relaxed and reassured by him (he is a beautiful soul!) He was professional but super friendly at the same time, and offered lots of advice, not just on the procedure, but on other areas too. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! * Edit: It's now been 2 weeks since my procedure and it's been incredibly effective. I'm so happy with the results and the wonderful aftercare. The most amazing sanctuary based in Headington High Street. From the moment you walk through the door and are guided to your very own waiting pod, handed some noise reducing head phones, given a cup of herbal tea and a dab of their very own tranquility oil, you know you are being very well looked after. I had a micro needling treatment yesterday. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The delicious light tea, the staff are friendly and immediately make you feel at ease. The treatment was professional and thorough. The numbing cream on my face really worked. I actually found the micro needling quite relaxing. My face is now quite red and blotchy which is what I was told to expect but even on the 2nd day, my skin is much firmer and my wrinkles are not as severe as before the treatment. Every member of staff are extremely friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very calming and the looks very clean. Emma is wonderful, she is very friendly, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I discussed my acne rosacea with her in depth and she was very patient with me whilst explaining my long history and I really felt heard (something I didn't feel when visiting dermatologists). She was fantastic at explaining how she thinks we should proceed and I have immediately taken her recommendations on board and started a new skincare routine with new products the same day. It’s actually difficult to explain how amazing Lumiere Medispa and the team are…I simply cannot fault Adrian and his team. The kindest, caring and most professional people and so incredibly knowledgeable. The Medispa itself is gorgeous with the most relaxing atmosphere. From the moment you enter you are met by the friendly welcoming team who put you at ease within seconds. From the tranquil pods, calming music and the hibiscus tea (if only they sold it…Adrian??). Cell Renewal Facial and Dermal fillers were advised. The facial with Elyssa was relaxing and leaving my ‘problem’ skin radiant. Dermal fillers were new to me…I was incredibly nervous beforehand and Adrian put me at ease throughout. Adrian was understanding of the subtlety I was looking for. I had derma fillers injections 2 days ago, the appointment lasted just over 1 hour, including anaesthetic cream applied about 30 minutes before the treatment. I received plenty of detailed info about the treatment beforehand both in the consultation and especially in writing (written info is extremely important for me). Adrian is very thorough, patient, kind and shows great expertise and huge knowledge on what he does. My treatment went extremely well, I had no issue whatsoever afterwards, only felt a bit tight, no swelling, and I am very pleased with the result already, even though the final look will take a few weeks to show. I can't wait to book my next treatment. What a fabulous place, obviously I highly recommend!!

However one day I stumbled across Lumiere medispa and saw that not only did they do nose fillers BUT also were in oxford. I was so pleased so booked a appointment right away. I honestly couldn't recommend Lumiere MediSpa enough - Emma is simply incredible! Over lockdown I tried a range of products that have completely messed up my already sensitive skin and have caused me to break out (which rarely happens). Emma recommended the CellRenew Skin Health Facial (which was absolute bliss, and I'm pretty sure I fell asleep at one point!), and a day later I can see a huge difference in the clarity and texture of my skin. You also get a prescribed list of products from Alumier MD which is tailored to your skin type and concerns. There are so many places where it is easy to feel pressured into buying product, but this is really not the case at Lumiere! They are far more concerned with helping you achieve your skin goals rather than flogging product. Can't wait for my next visit in October!

I had my first treatment of microneedling with Adrien. From the consultation to the first treatment he has been very attentive towards my treatment package. He has vast knowledge about the treatment and i feel he works really hard to understand what the client wants. I have never seen such exceptional service. Throughout the process he was friendly, very kind and attentive and made sure i was comfortable. Adrien informed me of every step during the microneedling treatment and made sure i was comfortable. As for the treatment itself i think its brilliant. Im on day two at the moment but for those that are looking into this treatment I would recommend Adrien. As for the treatment itself everyone is different my experience has been pleasant. After my skin was cleansed the numbing cream was applied. After a while the cream was removed and the procedure started. No pain experienced on the 1st round it just felt like gentle exfoliation with a pen. The 2nd round was not painful but felt like as if my face was being epilated with slight compression. Afterwards two types of fluid and gel was applied to my skin that was very cooling and soothing as during the procedure the skin gets a warm feeling. The after treatment lighting experience was nice as it felt very very relaxing. Once everything was over i felt my skin was very tight as expected and was going through the healing process and I could feel the blood rushing to the surface. It was all very exciting i loved it. I carefully selected Lumiere MediSpa as I wanted a practice which is run by medical professionals, as well as fulfilling my initial remit which is to help me fight the effects of ageing, without looking like I have had anything 'done', as such. The clinic is a clean, relaxing environment which is something I also consider important. Adrian and his team are sleek, professional and very knowledgable. I have had a variety of treatments which are enabling me to still get ID'd in the supermarket in my mid 30's : )) I have happily recommended LM to many of my friends, who have all been very impressed with their results.

I had a Perfect Peel to help treat cystic acne I have been suffering with for years. I found Adrian to be very friendly and helpful and he listened carefully to my past history (I have been round the block with acne treaments most of which have had little effect!). He put together a treatment plan which includes the Peel along with some follow-up products that I will begin using in a couple of week. So far I am very pleased with the results. The Peel has calmed down my skin massively and i am Iooking forward to continuing my treatment under Adrian's guidance.
