Appointments were running late but once I got in the lady was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Didn’t have to go through with procedure as there wasn’t an excess of wax but she then gave me advice to help with the pain which I have no acted upon. Hopefully it will help the pressure and pain in my ears. Everywhere was very clean and airy and although the room was small it didn’t feel cramped. The price is also quite steep for just looking in your ears without a procedure.

The treatment I received was perfect. Mahdiyya was fantastic, she was very understanding of coughing when it came to touching my ear but gave me enough time to get over it. Her advice was fantastic and I will definitely recommend her for anyone that has any issues with their ears, infact I have already passed the info on to two people!

Bilaal is very personable and professional and explained the procedure at every step. I would be happy to return again should the need arise - despite the 90 minute journey! Bilaal was able to restore full hearing in my left ear. Hopefully the right ear will follow once the GP has prescribed something for the infection that was found. I am very grateful that I was able to make an appointment within a few days and Mahddiya made that process simple and easy. I recommend this practice for their empathic and professional approach to patients.

Fantastic Service given for my appointment. Very clean location and a prompt professional service was given. Sorted my ear wax in one sitting using the latest equipment and was virtually pain full. I rarely write reviews, but i have to this time. Went there with blocked ears. Dr. Billy (or Billie) was awesome. Explained everythin what Im gonna go through, what I might feel durin wax removal. Came out happy. PS suggest you to do some treatment before u come, like use some olive oil to soften you wax, it will be much faster. However, it was not painful. Yes, it took around 30 min in total, with all the explanations and procedure. Thanks Doc ;)

I had emergency my ears was blocked hardly I couldn’t sleep for 5 nights. Thank you so much for accepting me for appointment for ear wax extraction same day I called. This doctor is real professional very gentle while extracting wax. I recommend her so much. If I could I would give this service 100 stars.

Mahdiyya is super professional and friendly. She saved me after months of being half deaf! She was constantly making sure I was ok throughout the process and persevered despite a tough situation with my ear. She gave me advice to help me maintain my ear and even followed up to make sure I was ok.
