I thought I would drop a small post, for others to see, that there are excellent Doctors and reception staff out there, I have just had to move surgeries, due to my last one being so appalling with the provision of services both online and in person, however I have now just had my first appointment with Dr. Graham who I found to be so easy to talk to and very friendly and made me feel at ease, the head of reception Dianne was a delight to meet, as without her swift actions as to registering me earlier this week, could have resulted in a crisis for myself. I’m looking forward to now receiving to correct medical care needed and in people I can learn to trust. A big must for those looking for a genuine practice (Thank You. Patrick & J-bo)

I can confirm that moving to yaxley lakeside for my health care needs was a very good move. All very very positive from what I've experienced so far. The receptionists are very kind and understanding and talk to you like a human being! Doctors are happy to talk about your problems and don't just send you away as quickly as possible.

The Doctors , nurses and staff cannot be bettered if you need their urgent actions you get them having had bad experiences at another surgery in the locality the difference is chalk and cheese. The doctors do actually care for their patients even in these difficult Covid times.

Nothting but praise for my experiences at Lakeside Healthcare. The reception team and the doctors for me have always offered a first class service. In my experience if you have a genuine health issue that requires medical attention you will be quickly seen. For those with coughs and colds that complain they can't get seen then simply go to a pharmacy!

With the right doctors my experience is great here. There is one mental health doctor whos great , very kind and caring and a new ex paramedic who is lovely and very thorough with checks. I have always had the best help from here barr one female doctor. Including some staying late just to help.

i have been using Yaxley GP since i moved in the area 2010 & must say what lovely doctors to be dealing with, I quiet like Dr. Hercules she is sweet and caring. Booking appointments is normal process same day appoint given which is wonderful, i would not change my gp for any other keep up the good work

I've been registered with several GPs across the country over the past few years, but this practice is 100% my favourite, the doctor I see there is incredibly helpful, and has helped me to no end over the past 3-4 years that I've been registered here. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

i cannot agree withe the bad report above, i can only speak for me and my mother and the service i have received is first class. Ok pharmacy is sometimes a long wait. I deal with Dr Graham myself and Dr Molden for mother i cannot comment on others but they have been first class

I had a medical emergency 2 weeks ago, and was seen in the surgery within 30 minutes, and referred to the hospital within 24 hours. The diagnosis and ongoing treatment has been second to none, from Dr Moldon, Jenny the phlebotomist, nurses and the receptionists, all very professional and courteous, thank you.

I have had full support from yaxley Drs this week especially after a busy bank holiday. They have supported me with a full examination and pain management when an on call Dr at the weekend didn't.
