M. H.Very friendly, prompt service, best GP surgery I have ever been a patient with. This a very busy time for GP surgeries, patience is important, the staff work long hours. New technology to order repeat prescriptions and telephone consultations speed up the process and free up Doctors and Nurses time to see more patients and reduce waiting times. My only criticism is the merger with Octagon does not seem to have worked.

M. G.I had a great first experience with this surgery when registering. The practise was quiet and I felt safe from Covid. The registration process was explained clearly and the reception staff were very friendly. I also liked the idea of the telephone triage service to avoid unnecessary interactions with doctors/patients as it's such a scary time, especially being pregnant.
L. W.This surgery has gone down hill in the short time I have been with them. I left another practice thinking this one would be more personal and easier to book an appointment, I regret leaving my old practice. The staff are very nice, in my opinion t's the system that's not working. The telephone system cannot accommodate the amount of calls, why can't the patient just book an appointment anymore? If a patient is working it's difficult to wait for a call back, if you miss the call you have to start the procedure all over again.. I hope the reviews are read and our opinions taken into consideration. Its not the staff's fault, its the system, probably trying to cut the budget.
A. S.Without doubt the best surgery, the staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors listen to you and have time for you. The advanced nurse practitioner may as well be a doctor given the knowledge she has.
The nursing staff are very good at their jobs and very nice people.
The admin and reception staff are also kind people and always try to help where they can. Anyone that is registered at this surgery like myself is exceptionally lucky
