C.My husband and applied to join this practice around three weeks ago, we where accepted very quickly and invited in for blood tests etc, so far we are extremely happy with everything about this practice, the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful and the clinician we both saw was very pleasant.
Follow up calls too us both from the pharmacist (very pleasant man)for medication reviews where on time and informative.
All in all we have both said we wished we had moved a long time ago, as our previous practice was absolutely nothing like this one.
K. H.I have just been accepted as a new patient at this practice. My experience so far is very limited. The receptionist I spoke to was polite,kind and helpful. After my new patient blood tests,problems were spotted, the care I am receiving to resolve the issue is amazing. The Dr.s, Nurses in fact everyone is so nice. I highly recommend this Surgery. H. P.I just moved to the area and was afraid of waiting long for a GP appointment. Was surprised to hear back about my registration application so quickly (within 12h) and so appreciate Eliza for processing my application the same day so that I wouldn't have to wait 7 days. Very responsive so far! Thank you!
Edited to add that I had a call with the GP within 24h of my registration and an in-person appt the next day. I was referred elsewhere but it's only a 2-week wait. Thoroughly impressed with the service here and would really recommend this surgery!
S. W.All my recent experiences have been excellent. I haven't had the usual "know it all" receptionists that some doctors surgeries are plagued by, They can generally fit you in on the same day. There are days that you cant get an appointment, but they are few and far between. My 2 regular physicians are a great support. Highly recommend.
m. k.I am registered with this practice for last 7 years after getting poor experience in one of the local practices. I am very happy with the GP's . What a patients wants in any consultation is mostly they should feel being listened to and all the doctors , especially Dr Shah , Dr Batool and Dr Dickens are very approachable and jovial , they makes the consultation satisfactory!
Since pandemic to get appointment is becoming harder, holding phone for 30 min in queue at 8 am on working day is challenging and sometimes very disappointing not to get the desired appointment , reception team were bit harsh on phone at times however the services are under pressure and it's understandable. I would highly recommended the practice for there excellent patient centered care .
I. I.Cannot fault this surgery. Reception is easy to get hold of and ladies are always very helpfu! Doctors are very caring, making sure you get the right treatment. The best thing I done when I moved to this surgery. Thank you to all staff!

J. S.I have always found the services by this surgery to be excellent. I have never had to wait long for an appointment and when there was a real emergency with my son they fitted us in there and then. I use the nurse practitioner frequently, she is friendly and knowledgeable. I have no problems with any of the doctors I have seen in the past...thankfully I don't see them very often. I would recommend.

Even the medicines were delivered today. Thanks to Dr Shah and Dr Bootle for running the surgery so efficiently. We have been with this surgery for nearly 4 years and have been given efficient service.

We had problems with medicines spilling, changes of prescription etc - the surgery were always helpful. A close link with the local pharmacy means that prescriptions can be sent over electronically and delivered right to our doorstep.

S. S.Friendly local Doctors Surgery with very capable staff. The receptionists are always very helpful and it is such an easy surgery to get to. Nice and small as so many of them are so large impersonal now and handily within walking distance of the Walk In Centre too.

B. J.Nice Surgery but the only problem is that my wife being pregnant needs to shuttle between the surgery and pharmacy to try and manage her prescription. She needs to have the same medicine for the entire duration of the pregnancy and they keep making her come to the surgery for each prescription where as it has to be a repeat prescription. And sometimes she is always had to return empty handed even after being promised the prescription on a certain date or time.
