M. S.When hearing stories of how other GPs see and treat their patients, I am most certainly very satisfied to be a patient with Elm. Not typically a long wait time on the phone. Swiftly seen when going for a face to face appointment. The staff are always polite and welcoming and I never feel scared to ask a question or address a query. Top notch!
