I have found all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The service they give is outstanding. Often if I require help, a Doctor will get back to me within a couple of hours and if the Doctor is concerned, they will see me the same day. They never try and fob you off and always show genuine concern for my well being. The reception staff are also marvellous, genuinely trying to help you. In addition the nurses are exceptional. In summary, a very professionally run surgery to the highest standards with staff genuinely wanting to help you.

Cannot praise Peverell Park Surgery enough! Having had a terrible experience at another surgery, this has been a breath of fresh air. It is easy to make an appointment and staff are always helpful and friendly, giving advice and support when needed. They have been really good at seeing my two toddlers and referring to A&E where needed and they have also been much better at giving long term health care for other family members than our previous surgery. They are a credit to the NHS and we are very grateful for them!

In an era where poor service, rude reception staff, and long waiting lists are an expectation, this surgery is outstanding. It almost feels to good to be true to call up and have someone there to discuss your problem with you on the same day. The staff don’t rush you, they take time to listen and show empathy and understanding. I really appreciate you all keep going!

I moved to Peverell Park Surgery at the end of 2020 when my previous surgery went quickly downhill after coming under the umbrella of a medical group and am so glad I did. The staff are wonderful. I have found the receptionists to be polite and friendly, Advanced Nurse Practitioners Ruth Hughes and Tracey Allen extremely helpful and caring. My thanks to all the staff at this super surgery.

Excellent surgery. You can actually get to speak to or see a doctor. The level of compassion they show and care they give is beyond anything I have experienced at any other surgery. The pharmacy technician is also very helpful.

I have used Peverell Park Surgery for 19 years. Empathetic G P attendance, guidance and advice given over these years, attentive nursing team also appreciated. With the exception of one receptionist being rather exasperating some years ago when answering a telephone inquiry, the admin team have always been a very accommodating 1st point of contact, helpful. Personally, I would not wish to change to any other surgery, unless required due to, say, ifmoving out of the catchment area. My thanks to all involved at PPS and all you do to look after us who use this welcoming practice.

My family have been with the surgery for over 10 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff and the doctors are super-helpful and empathetic. At times when a soon-enough appointment is not available and we are concerned, we always get a call from a doctor. During the COVID situation, a family-foreign-visitor who was stuck due to travel disruptions needed medical help and the surgery was so helpful and quick in giving them an appointment, carrying out tests, discussing results, and referring them to the hospital for further investigation - all of this out of understanding and care for someone who needed medical help and was not registered with the surgery! Overall, a very caring surgery.

I've been at this GP suregery for about 15 years, only once had poor/weak advice. Really good GP's and Nurses with good knowledge and good patient care. It would be good if you could book appointments in less than 3 weeks but I gather thats all doctors surgeries these days.
