I have had my laser treatments there as I needed some more (get rid of those pesky facial hairs) very professional and friendly staff with excellent parking and nice decore. It's inside the wall complex of the old Royal Naval Hospital. (plus figured out how to make the laser treatments less painful tattoo numbing cream on a clean face rub on then splat a load more on and then cut up Cellophane into pieces and apply to your face for between 60-90 mins really reduces the pain❤️ do look silly when driving though😅)

Such a professional clinic - I have my Botox and fillers done by Emma and have done for almost 2 years now, and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. She give me a brow lift and youthful look that amazes me every time. Never pressure when you ask questions about other treatments, no upselling as I have experienced in other places and all the staff and consultants seem to take a genuine interest and care as soon as you walk through the door - and a beautiful spacious clinic too. I love my facials here, I have had many different types and tend to leave Kirsty to decide what facial I should go for, as she is the expert. There are lots of lovely ladies who are friendly and professional. Husbands you can't go wrong for a treat for your wife. That's a very big hint to my husband! 😃 my skin has certainly improved and even my brother commented on how fresh I look! Now that is a compliment!, I have no hesitation in recommending this place, you will not be disappointed..

So last week I signed up to the sand and courts elite scheme since then I’ve had my first Botox treatment, an in-depth skin consultation and a Dermalux facial. All of which I’ve been absolutely thrilled with the results. I’ve had Botox before from a different practitioner but the sand and court nurse seemed far more knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The skin analysis was so interesting and helpful!. And as for the facial!......I’m hooked the best results I e ever had from a facial!. My friends are now looking to sign up after seeing my results. This is a very honest and open review. Please don’t be put off by previous reviews because from my opinion they seem far from the truth
