Have needed to visit this surgery twice over the last three weeks with family members. As always the care received can not be faulted. Dr Sarah was wonderful with her approach and kindness when we were seen by her and dr Anderson was brilliant with my husband. My family have always received the best care and support possible over the twenty two years we have been registered. Thank you!

I've recently moved from St Levans to here and it was the best thing i did! My doctor today was approachable, listened, took time to explore my options both for what i booked the appointment for and for an additional problem. I feel confident to go back unlike my last surgery. I've already referred a friend who was in the same situation (anxious about seeing rude doctors)

Cannot fault this surgery. I've been with them for 22 years . I'll be the first one to admit I'm somewhat of a hypochondriac. But they listen to me. Never had a problem getting an appointment or call when needed

Best doctor's surgery I have ever been registered with anywhere. Receptionists are friendly, patient and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. There is, as the low rankers have said, often a wait to get through but in my experience this is only since the pandemic.

As far as I'm concerned Stoke surgery have gone above and beyond that which I have experienced in any other practice. The administration staff and reception staff have particularly been enormously helpful. It's always possible to talk to a doctor at some point and appointments, although more rare since Covid, are always available. A very good practice indeed.

Couldn’t work the application form online, therefore emailed pictures to the surgery. Having previously told them that I needed to speak with a gp urgently, I was pleasantly surprised that they emailed me within minutes confirming my registration and that I was on the list of calls for that day. Super quick turn around, especially considering the current climate and the amount of calls they must be receiving.

Stoke Surgery is a shining example of a well run inner-city GP surgery, working hard to meet the every day needs of very high volumes of patients. The staff are professional and deal with queries efficiently - email responses are particularly speedy and they go out of their way to try and accommodate patient needs.
