Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ruth Harper and her team will return to this wonderful Clinic, as I did. A wonderful experience from start to finish. All the staff are kind and welcoming. Outstanding results achieved from this highly skilled Dr. One of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet. Extremely thorough, listens to you, very patient orientated, welcoming, kind and caring. so highly qualified. You instantly know you are in the safest hands. Fantastic job! I attended the Erme Clinic 2 weeks ago to have a pigmented lesion removed from my lip and I am delighted with the result. The whole service was excellent, from the warm welcome into delightful surroundings, followed by the detailed explanations about the procedure and after care. Although the local anaesthetic stings a bit, everything else was totally painless. Due to Dr Harker's great dexterity, and following her explicit instructions, the healing has been rapid and I am very happy with the result. I would recommend the Erme Clinic to anyone.

I was impressed by the friendly service that I received today. I was a little apprehensive about having some skin lesions which had bothered me for a while removed. I was reassured both by Dr Harker and her nurse and put at ease. Within an hour I was sorted and given full instructions on aftercare. The procedure was painless - discomfort momentarily on injection of local anaesthetic - no worse than regular injection. I thoroughly recommend and wish I’d gone sooner.

Really impressed with treatment for removal of a head cyst recently. Dr Harker explained the procedure and after care really well and was very professional in completing this, and I especially appreciated the additional steps taken to personalise and reassure me throughout the appointment e.g. streaming my choice of music into the room and handing me a stress ball to squeeze at an opportune moment ! Visited Erme clinic on a number of occasions now. Ruth and her team offer a very professional service. A very calm relaxed clinic with extreme care taken towards hygiene especially during covid. I had a rose thorn in my finger which I left in initially as it did not hurt but then it turned painful but I put up with it for 14 months, hoping it would come out as I had managed to get some of it out with a needle. I tried my doctor's surgery but with little success, as the NHS are somewhat overloaded at present, and was then reccommended to try Dr Harker. I contacted her on Wednesday afternoon, she replied by email late that evening offering to do the removal, excellent service. When I phoned next morning to book an appointment I was amazingly lucky and there was a cancellation appointment 2 days later which I took. I am very happy with the care and attention to detail that she showed looking into my medical record, the circumstances of the wound and its history. I only felt the local anaesthetic injection briefly, and nothing else when she swiftly removed the hard painful lump that had formed on my fingertip. Dr Harker and her two lady staff members were brilliant, reassuring and friendly throughout the process. As these things go as enjoyable a process as it can be thank you so much. I can confidently reccomend Dr Harker to anyone thinking of doing anything similar to my small wound.

I visited the Clinic 2weeks ago to have worts (25) Removed from my hands. I was extremely impressed from the time I entered the Clinic. It was Cov19 safe throughout. The receptionist made me feel welcome and relaxed. On meeting Dr Hacker and her assistant she clearly explained the treatment and what to expect. I was made to feel very relaxed and the surgical experience was painless except for the injections (which is to be expected). I was given aftercare advice on treating the wounds, contact details if I had any concerns and received a courtesy call 2 days after to check how things were. A very professional service from start to finish and I would highly recommend Dr Hacker. I will be back for a further appointment soon.

I visited the clinic to review areas of concern all over my body including a small lesion to my hand. Dr Ruth was thorough and kind and offered options to treat the area of concern on my hand. She gave me lots of advice and literature appropriate to my skin conditions and reassured me that there was nothing of real concern. I was fortunate to read an article which indicated that Dr Harker also conducted full body scans for potential skin problems. It is difficult to go to your own Doctor when one has so many moles ect. The examination was conducted in a professional and comforting manner and as a result Dr Harker immediately wrote a letter for me to give to my Doctor and insisted it be straight away. She was able to describe the potential melanoma in medical terms and as a result I was seen at Derriford Hospital just 7 days later and two weeks after had the Carcinoma incised. Thank you so much for your kindness and keeping in touch to follow the outcome. So lucky to have found Dr Harker.

I cannot recommend this clinic too highly , from the moment i entered the clinic i was treated with a friendly and efficient manner putting me instantly at ease . After a short questionnaire , i was shortly approached by Dr Ruth Harker s personal assistant nurse i, and i was led into the procedure room , which was state of the art in its equipment . Where i met Dr Ruth Harker who was very kind in her manner , she explained what , and how she going to carry out the procedure , and again put me greatly at ease , including an offer to play ,as background music my personal choice of music . the whole procedure was painless , and very professionally carried out , by Dr Ruth Parker , just to add , a couple of days later , she personally phoned to ask how i was progressing , i thanked her , restoring my self esteem , well worth it .!

I was really apprehensive about getting my stretched earlobes repaired, but I needn't have been. I had stretched up to over 22mm about 20 years ago and was convinced that I would not be able to achieve good looking results and worried that the process would be unbearable. The service and level of care, both on the day of the procedure and with the 2 aftercare visits, were faultless. I was very well taken care of and there were clear explanations throughout.
