r. n.All the doctors and nurses are really helpful and understanding, they listen to my needs and do whatever is required. The reception staff are always pleasant and jolly. I FULLY recommend this practice.
K. C.All of the staff here are unflinchingly helpful. From reception, where they go out of their way to help (and happen to be very knowledgeable and resourceful!), to the medical staff who are professional, supportive, and very, very nice people. I've seen a LOT of medical professionals in the last four years and West Hoe Surgery has been the best find; I've never met other medical professionals on par with this surgery (nor the administrative staff). There can occasionally be a wait on the phone to get hold of them but don't let this affect your view of them, they are THE BEST team you could ask for and will do everything they can to help you.
S.If you are in the catchment area and have a choice of more than one surgery to choose... choose this one.
The doctors really are lovely. Also, working in the health profession, I can say that they really are superb in delivering evidence based practice.
Staff listen and I've never felt rushed.
Top tip: not only do they allow you to request repeat prescriptions online, if you look carefully at their website you can see available appointments and book on the site.

The only thing that lets it down is the really rude receptionist . She's always been rude,but yesterday she shouted at my Grans carers for questioning her about her medication.
