c. u.Recently moved to the area and registered with Berry Lane MC - which in itself was a very smooth process.
Rang for an emergency appointment and was seen less than 30 mins later. Sasha was amazing and went above and beyond with her service, advising me that seeing a female was unlikely at the time I had arranged but I could wait if preferred.
I saw Andrew who was very attentive and gave the time and care needed to work through my problem.
I hope to not need to doctors on a regular basis, but having had such a positive experience, has definitely made me feel more at ease and confident in the care I need to receive. Thank you to all staff, I would highly recommend.
